I can totally relate to what you’re saying because I’m probably similar to some of your clients. Anxiety and not really feeling like I’m good enough are problems that I struggle with. I use this video when I need to be calm and just be with the Lord. It’s very calming.

However from my personal experiences trauma can cause chemical imbalances. There is so much going on in the world and our youth could use coping skills.

God bless you! God had to take this heap of mess I made out of my life and give me a love to serve Him. I was saved at the age of seven and received reassurance at age 16, but from age 16 till 47 I still lived a rebellious, selfish life. I am now 50 this year and God had to show me that nothing in this world will satisfy like He can and does! I Praise the Lord for His MERCY & GRACE!!♥️

renew your mind will help you to yield fruit and god will carve you into a peace maker but be assured in these he will train you and may have ups and downs, but with Christ our Lord God we can overcome and he will calm our hearts.

I've been listen to this for a few years now. My uncle was in the hospital fighting for his life and I sent him this video and told him to listen as it would bring him much peace. He passed away on October 18th, 2021. I miss him so much! Thank you for this amazing scriptural video with the most beautiful harp music! ❤️
