You’re pretty slow when it comes to knowing fast editing methods. It’s a old trick that almost everyone knows from watching SerpentAu It’s not fake tapping either It’s crazy how there are kids like you that fall for this so easily In the in-game keybind settings You have two slots in every row His edit button in the first slot is for example “E” and normally for casual kbm players on the second slot is scroll wheel and for reset beside “right mouse button” In this laptop clip he binded the arrow keys right on the second edit and select when edit slot. You know Pinky? His build binds spell it but that isn’t what he really uses. He uses his thumb mouse buttons and 2 keys on the keyboard. It’s just hidden
