Dirt 3 (stylised DiRT 3) is a rallying video game and the third in the Dirt series of the Colin McRae Rally series, developed and published by Codemasters. However, the "Colin McRae" tag has been completely removed from this iteration (having previously been removed from only American versions of previous games in the series). The game was released in Europe and North America on 24 May 2011, and two days later in Australia for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. DiRT 3: Complete Edition was released for Mac OS X by Feral Interactive on 29 January 2015. The Japanese version of Dirt 3 was released on 25 August 2011. In September 2011, there were reports that a network security problem on the website of an AMD promo had resulted in the loss of 3 million Dirt 3 keys to the public for use via the Steam platform that have then been posted in various places around the internet.
A 'Complete Edition' of the game was announced by Codemasters on 9 February 2012, with a trailer released on KZread on 8 March 2012. Consisting of the game and its associated DLC packaged together, the Complete Edition adds several tracks and vehicles. It was released Friday 9 March in Europe and 20 March in North America. On 8 January 2015, Feral Interactive announced the Complete Edition for Mac OS X. On 13 January 2015, justbiglee, a Community Manager on Steam forums confirmed that all existing owners of DiRT 3 on Steam will get the Complete Edition of the game for free. On 1 April 2015, the GFWL-less DiRT 3 Complete Edition has been released on Steam on PC.
All races from Dirt Tour won on 1st place. In events and challenges that are ranked using medals, a minimum of silver medals are earned. -

Great game. Also waiting for PS2 version of NFS HP 2 that was released in 2002 - next nfs game after Porsche 2000 that Mihaibest already uploaded. This Dirt 3 Longplay is cool too tho. Thanx alot!

controller, because when he was changing the controls, he changed 4 of them to dpad, to see for yourself go to 2:35

I don’t get it... How are these games getting worse with each release? DiRT 2 was absolutely phenomenal! Every track was super exciting to drive on, and each second was an intense struggle to survive.. While DiRT 3 looked better, the levels were so much more flat and boring to drive. And as this video proves, all the tracks feel the same. Fairly flat terrain, straight lines and the corner, straight line and then corner. DiRT 2 had none of that. DiRT 2’s tracks constantly twisted and turned, ups and down, through water, tunnels, bushes, jumps. SO much more exciting.. And then DiRT 4, just as boring track designs as DiRT 3, but now with worse graphics too. The trees, grass, road, and lighting looks significantly worse than DiRT 3... DiRT Rally 2’s graphics are absolutely outstanding, I must say, and the tracks is a big step up from Dirt 3 and 4. I don’t expect much from DiRT 5, but I really hope they find the excitement of DiRT 2 again.. The franchise need it! Oh btw, great video. You are doing good.. I’m just a little angry at the DiRT franchise, that’s all 🙂

Much of the fanbase feel like Dirt3 and 2 were the best in the series. But I agree DIRT 4 is trash
