On the Last Night game designer, people can change and learn from their past. I use to be a hard lined Jehovah's Witness and now I'm a atheist. I learned to let go of certain types of indoctrination, (which is hard to do btw) and grew as a person. So I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt.

EZA hosting a show presented by Day9. Hell yes. You guys should get him on the show if you have a list of people you'd like to work with. Dude has good positive chemistry and can improv and gel with anybody. Either way, you guys are my two favorite content providers.

I love a good Twitter witch-hunt from the usual perpetually offended no talent cry-bullies, that wish they were creators of any sorts and would never buy the game, for "wrong think". And the artist caving in and apologizing for a non-issue that their audience don't care.

You know the worst thing about this is that he apologized for a few weird tweets. And it's still not enough for the "moral guardians" that like two dig up year old things people have said. What should he do to atone for his "sins". Flagellate himself? Not everone needs to have the same opinions. If you don't like his, then that's your problem and not his. This is also directed to americans who want to tell a french man how to feel. Not everything revolves around YOUR country and especially not around YOUR politics.

It's more disturbing that this "we don't forget!" stuff serves to validate the Gamergame concerns in the first place. If you didn't capitulate to the anti-GG gestapo, they put you on the black list. And now, even all these years later, they are trying to make sure that you can't stand against them and their brow beating black list. They're like the mafia. "We own this town and you can only work in it if we SAY so."

Oh, please. France is way more immersed in those politics than America. Just look at the warzones in Paris from all the mass immigration happening there. Otherwise, he shouldn't have had to apologize for anything he wrote or for supporting GG. That's retarded, and I'm disappointed in the Allies' reaction here.

This is uncalled for. I thought we practice love and respect in this community. You resort to name-calling and belittling those who criticized someone who has made some hateful remarks, some of which were made quite recently. It's unusual that he gets such a big plattform considering his statements and it isn't unreasonable to be reserved and concerned about him and the game's narrative because of it. @Black Kami: I have seen multiple people across the world being concerned about his remarks. This is not a national subject. Additionally, while he may have apologized for his remarks, he did not say that he changed his views, which included incorporating anti-feminist rhetoric, narratives and world building, alongside a "positive depiction of eugenics", and him outright denying that gender-theory has any validity, all of which run counter to human rights and are extremely dangerous views, only supported by right-wing extremists. @JazGalaxy: invoking the gestapo, a Nazi-Germany institution which was directly responsible the systemic extrajudicial executions and indefinite incarceration of political enemies of the dictatorial state, homosexuals and unemployed people within the nazi concentration camps, alongside the deportation, persecution and genocide of the jews. To equate them to people calling out anti-human rights rhetoric is not only a false equivalence of massive scope, it also shows that you misunderstand that those who criticize the dev of The Last Night do not support any sort of nazi ideals. Indeed, they are on the completely opposite political spectrum, and also not extremist in their views. @TheCybercoco As someone who lives in Paris, I cannot recall ever seeing "warzones" from "mass immigration" in this city, or any city in france for that matter. The only form of unrest I see are protests against police brutality against immigrants, especially blacks. Additionally, I would be disappointed if the Allies didn't say anything about the troubling views of the The Last Night dev. Condemning the devs views are important, especially as they affect Ian directly, considering his non-binary gender and the dev's denial of gender theory. If they didn't condemn the dev delegitimizing Ian's existence, they would indirectly say that their Love And Respect is not universal and that they don't support their friend, which would be quite hypocritical. I for one loved that they stepped in to say that what the dev did/said was not okay. It shows that they care and that they truly believe that Love And Respect should be for everyone :) That said: Love And Respect!

OverkillRabbit the problem with your point of view is that you are working under the assumption-ruin that you are right. Not everyone thinks so. So now what? The creator didn't make "hateful remarks"meh expressed his opinion of a group of thugs who were coming after people in the industry that they don't think should exist. And now those very thugs are pointing their guns at him. There are people like myself who see HIM as the hero in this story.

I feel like these movie-trailer shows aren't working anymore. I feel like it's negatively impacting the industry. Games that show well in movie-trailer form get the most hype and games that don't, but are still very fun, get less hype and are valued less.

Hopefully Easy Allies will watch Nintendo's live E3 Events today through Thursday. But honestly EZA, please don't have Damiani in the video. OMG, his negativeness and opinions is somewhat bothersome. It's much better to hear you guys during the videos and reactions and just chillin. Damiani gets in the way and it's annoying!
