Why cause they can't just shoot and kill innocent people

Protecting the ups driver should be the first priority not what they did.

Prayers for the victim's family, their families, and their salvation.

Do cops ever do wrong? Or are they aliens from a different world that are created perfect? Asking for a friend

Blame the judges and justice system for letting those monsters back on the street after committing armed robberies among other crimes

When I was 33, I was pretty ignorant too.

Never call the Cops, find some other alternative. Because they will just make things worst. smh!

@@marioricardo903 Damn, you Latinos are always in the comments agreeing with 👨🏻‍🦳 folks. It never fails. Is that who your Abuela tells you to inspire to be when you grow up? It’s not about “how I would have handled it differently.” It’s about reality. And in reality, the police are paid by citizens, to serve and protect. They get special privilege, more than the average citizen, so they’re held to a higher standard. They can’t just show up to their job and make costly mistakes.

@@marioricardo903 Florida is becoming the worst state for police failure. Okaloosa County just had 2 incidents of unacceptable police behavior. Cop shoots at a suspect in his squad car over an acorn dropping on the hood, which he thought was gunfire. And then officers killed a U.S. veteran just because he came to the door with his 2nd Amendment right on his side. So if I were you, I’d spend less energy trying to defend the police and more energy holding them accountable for the high standard they’re held to. Y’all act like the police NEVER make mistakes, as if they aren’t human.

Hard to play Monday morning quarterback on this one.

There's context needed here... The UPS driver was on his belly crawling, in uniform and away from the shooters when shot... Someone is responsible for his death... Officers ARE NOT trained to just shoot indiscriminately... The PBA official is as much a part of the problem as anyone in this situation... He pushes against accountability

Their getting acquitted. Rightfully so.

No one seems to answer the question if the robbers started firing first or not. IF the robbers fired first... HOW are the Police in trouble?

They gave a 57 yr old a badge and gun 😮😮 that wasn't a smart decision 😅

People here blaming the cops are the 1st to ask for help when they’re in trouble. This was a very sad situation, but things happen and won’t be the last time innocent people that will lose their life in a hostage situation. You’re all disgraceful and hope the cops get found innocent.

Regardless of the laws being broken. The officers are responsible for the death of the hostage. They have a duty to stop criminals but also protect the public. Risking the safety of the public is crossing the line!

@@joebyron4892 You can blame every damn body if you want to. But there has to be someone accountable for the death of innocent civilians. And the police have more control over that then the suspects. Police are paid to serve and protect by tax paying citizens. They’re held to a higher standard because of the privilege they get. They can’t just go to work and make deadly mistakes, sorry.. to whom much is given, much is required.
