Yep, "probable cause" is a legal fiction. There are plenty of judges who sign off on whatever law enforcement want if the officers/agents aren't in bad standing. I remember the 55 or so warrants in the Jessie Smollet case. Not the best example, but they usually can get warrants by expressing mere suspicion and flimsly evidence.

Maybe she should run for President next😂
