I can't watch this commercial without exhibiting signs of PBA myself...uncontrollable laughter.

Consider looking at this from the viewpoint of someone who may have this disorder but doesn't know they may have it. Seeing this commercial can help them connect the dots.

I have MS and I have PBA from time to time. One night I was up late and saw this commercial and I couldn't believe it. No one ever talks about this.

I did feel bad for laughing, but then i realized im laughing with them, not at them 😂

Literally everyone thought this was a joke before Joker came out. I’m glad PBA is finally getting the attention it deserves.

When I first saw this commercial I thought it was a joke, like a skit from a comedy show. This commercial gives me and my husband PBA. We even saved the commercial to show my Mom who came to visit this last weekend. We watched it at least a dozen times & laughed til we cried...

I may go to Hell for this, but I will laugh until I cry every time I see this commercial. I honestly thought it was a joke the first few times I saw it; I was waiting for Jon Stewart to pop up and say, "Don't sit on your balls, stupid!"

This is my all time favorite commercial due to how completely insane it is. The dystopian future is here!

I experienced pba while watching this. So I kept watching it over and over until my mouth was overflowing with joyous laughter.

If I'm going to play this game, I need some crack? Along with an endless stream of weird commercials with a fast pace and confusing, and often esoteric message. Or the all seeing eye.... It still amazes me how you guys choreograph my WHOLE day?

Just because laughter is contagious doesn't mean it needs curing.

This is a real condition. But the timing of this commercial is comedic genius. They should really change their campaign if they want to get the point across. Imagine laughing while trying to work, have sex or use the restroom in public. It's a real condition, but god dammit this commercial is so funny. Poorly put together to get a serious message across.

I saw this commercial years ago but Joker made me come back to it.

I've been crying uncontrollably ever since my grandmother died and couldn't figure out why, now that I know its a neurological condition I'm going to take this drug so hopefully I will never have ant emotions again

pba is a very embarrassing issue. I suffer from pba. It's no joke. At first my parents thought I might have been bipolar. After I went to see a doc I, found out I pba. Mostly when I have pba it comes off as loudly laughing. I'm a beautiful black woman. When people hear me laughing they think i'm ghetto. Im not. It's just pba.

I thought this was a parody when I first saw it. Totally waited for the punchline and it never came.

While in the hospital, the doctors and staff could not tell me why I was having this set of specific problems. Last week, I saw this commercial on TV the first time, after learning about this odd little malady by myself. I wish my manifestations were more on the laughing side.

When I was young, I would get bouts of uncontrollable laughter while riding a roller coaster, while everybody else was screaming in terror. I knew right then and there that there was something wrong with me. I fell I my head twice when I was a kid. That's probably it.

I've actually had uncontrollable laughing spells since I suffered a head injury as a child. Everyone always thought it was some sort of outlet for stress, but it was just recently I learned how to control it most of the time. I don't think I need to take a pill for it,but I've always wondered why that head injury would cause laughing spells. Sometimes I think all these "diseases" are actually symptoms of something bigger than what our medical field will tell us...like environmental/diet factors.

I have PBA and Amy feelings on the subject are mixed and radically spontaneous.

My issue with this commercial is that they say "Don't call it crazy" and then later it explains that it is not a psychological condition. I fear that a message people will get out of this is that it is OK to call people with psychological issues "crazy" when that is also inappropriate.

As i go through the comments, its obvious people dont know how serious PBA actually is. Guys, PBA is real. Weither you believe it or not. I myself suffer from PBA. Do you know how terrifying it is to see someone you love die, and then all you can do is laugh with a wide smile and wide eyes, and you dont know why? Everyone stares at you, and thinks your crazy. Like your some kind of psycho. Do you know what its like to just randomly out of no where start laughing and crying until you cant move? Maybe you dont understand what its like, but I do. And by the way, while you may be able to get treatment, there is no cure. We suffer through our entire life dealing with this. This, nerve disorder that makes us seem so different...that isolates us from everyone else. Yeah, people mistake it for depression, but just because we cry and are left out, doesnt mean we have depression. (Even though you may develop it.) We dont get a choice when to cry. We dont get a choice when to laugh. We are isolated because people think we're crazy. We are not insane. We just have PBA.
