Well, he did win some other tournaments in there, including a US Open. He was really good in the clutch.

Huh? He had 18 tournament victories with 2 majors. He's a Hall of Famer.

he won other tournaments in that time frame, doubles, team championships. and he cashed waaaaay more often than he didnt.
