I’m a single mom of two boys, and it has been a struggle to say the least. One day, a few days before Christmas, I thought I had more money in my account and the boys and I went grocery shopping. In reality I had spent too much on presents for them because it was the first Christmas since their dad left us unexpectedly. We were out of everything, so we racked up $100 easily. Found out there wasn’t enough and of course I was completely embarrassed. But a kind woman stepped up and insisted on paying for the food. I was in shock, the boys and I ended up in tears. We have never stopped talking about it, it touches us so. You never know who or how you’re helping out a complete stranger.

I think it's because most videos like this. They are doing it for self promotion. I'm "so and so" I'm giving "x" amount of money to this person. Or I just paid "x" amount for their groceries.. This man did do that. So not too many people watch these videos anymore, because of the people making them.

What a classic lesson to teach the younger generation. This is the kind of teaching I group up on. I remember when I was young my dad would go fishing and we'll give the entire catch to the many families living in same building we lived in. This is the good life.

I have no clue how to speak or understand Spanish, but when they had that conversation, my heart just automatically knew what she was saying

The first impression of this man going to his 2 girls who were just relaxing and asked them “do you want to go do something nice today?” Had my eyes watering!!! They were receptive and more than willing! Secondly he just observed people and you could tell he was searching for those who may of had greater need, but even those who maybe not! His children were observing and taking part!! Thank you sir for being the human being you are!!! Much respect, gratitude, and love to your family!!!! The world needs more people like you on it for sure!!!

To go to the Aldi's to give to the people who really need it is the most outstanding part. As stated in earlier comment's the lesson of generosity learned by his children.. OUTSTANDING!!?

i bought food and put in the xmas food box over christmas the girls i knew in the shp where shocked as they new how little i had , , i told them it felt so good to help people with even less than me :-) it does make you happy knowing you helped people for no reason

This made me cry. I was in a Publix Supermarket one day standing in line knowing I only had about $60 in my bank. .y wife had called me to ask if I had picked up something to cook and i said "yes i got a couple of steaks and stuff to cook tonight"...Not knowing that something had gone through in my bank that withdrew my account. Apparently the woman and her daughter behind me heard my conversation. When my card didn't go through I told the cashier that I didn't know what was wrong. The lady behind me taps me on the shoulder and says to me, "take your groceries sir I'm paying" I was in complete shock and thankful beyond belief. I am still waiting for the perfect opportunity to do this kindness for someone. I will never forget that.

Blessing come in many ways. Many people on these comments think that money is the only way to pay it forward but you can be kind in just giving a helping hand. Examples: Helping your elderly neighbors with something that is hard for them to do or baby sitting someone's kids so that they can have the night off.
