Chum's customer service was outstanding

After hearing that, I wouldn’t sell it. I’d have to get it checked out just out of pure curiosity.

Honestly I feel like Chum has thr best way to talk to customers. He always comes off about his honesty about prices etc and he always seems genuinely curious about stuff

Mike is BY FAR the best expert that they bring in. Always polite, always knowledgeable and in general just seems like a really nice guy. Could listen to him discuss swords for hours

The whole time Chum was talking I'm just thinking "shut up and call the expert already." 🙄

Chum has really matured in the later seasons, to the point that he feels like a legit business man and not just a screw up like in the earlier seasons.
