To laying Paver Block in any season always do compaction upto it’s best level to avoid chances of paver Block settlement.

Truly informative video. However , some people use coarse cemented bed , for laying the blocks . I think , that step is not required , Is it ?

It is laid down on sand layer. Paver Block it self with proper locking system, which behave united as layer of brick. On ground soil you can also prefer pcc layer if you want.

Not directly on ground soil. You need to prepare sand layer of PCC means plain cement concrete layer as per your requirement.

Need a black membrane underneath the soil.

No soil campaction and termite treatment is done. Plate compaction is necessary for block to perfectly interlock themselves

It is self interlocking Paver Blocks, which behave as monolithic surface. Also, at many a place paver blocks are reuse, that's why.
