Paul Saladino Cornered by "The Doctors" on TV

Ойын-сауық

In this video, I am reacting to my appearance on The Doctors TV show…
If you can't get fresh heart & liver in your diet, try our 100% grass-fed desiccated beef organs at Heart & Soil: shop.heartandsoil.co/products...
First of all, I am very appreciative of the opportunity I was given to discuss this important topic…
Even though my diet has evolved after this discussion, meat and organs are still the most nutrient-dense foods for humans and there are no risks to eating MORE of these foods…
In fact, I believe that centering your diet around meat and organs is key to optimal health…
Removing vegetables from my diet was key to reversing my autoimmune conditions and many others have found tremendous benefits as well…
I do not think that the carnivore diet is sustainable for long-term health but it is still a very powerful short-term intervention that has helped tens of thousands of people heal…
Ultimately, adding healthy sources of carbohydrates from fruit and honey is what helped me feel my best…
If you are thriving, there is no reason to change anything…
But if you are not, removing certain vegetables from your diet and centering it around meat and organs while incorporating some fruit is a great place to start…
I encourage you to experiment with different foods and see what makes you feel your best...
Finally, meat, organs, eggs, fruit, honey, and raw dairy are the most nutrient-dense foods for humans…
These foods allowed us to thrive and evolve for hundreds of thousands of years…
It's always meat / organs / fruit / honey / raw dairy…
This is an ANIMAL-BASED diet, and I believe this is the most optimal diet for humans on the planet...
Check out my ANIMAL-BASED CALCULATOR here: www.paulsaladinomd.co/ab-guid...

I remember watching this episode and thinking to myself that Dr. Saladino was too nice. He could have neutered her caustic attack by asking why a lawyer was on the show and then used her own argument about 'expertise' against her by telling her he was there to discuss nutrition with other doctors. After all the show is called 'The Doctors', not 'The Lawyers'. If she abused him further he could have accused her of being there to represent the interests of the shows advertisers, namely big pharma, the processed food industry and the supplement manufacturers. Again, Dr. Saladino was too nice, but I applaud him for not yielding his position to their hired gun.

Paul, I wasn’t too familiar with you when I first saw this clip months ago but became a HUGE fan afterwards! Not only did you remain calm and respectful, but you came back with excellent rebuttals-I think most people would have “gone blank” under such stress, and lost their cool, but you kept it together. It takes a strong person to stay calm under stress like this. Major, major kudos to you. It honestly blew me away (and still does! LOL!) how well you handled this very difficult situation. Instead of making you look bad, they made you look AMAZING!!!! 🙌🏻 And they all looked crazy and unhinged. 😂 I’m really sorry this happened to you, but like you said, good has come out of it. Thank you for being such a kind person who cares about others and for all you do. I’m proud that you represent men of my generation, and I hope other men will pay attention.

The irony is that these Doctors and the Lawyer are supposed to be seen as credible and professional, yet their antics make you question everything that they say. They seem captured and will say anything that funds their pockets. Their agenda and knowledge seem to be questionable as well. Your calm demeanor and intelligence really stand out and make listening to you so much more credible and pleasurable. The Travis guy should really focus more on giving out roses!

I appreciate your clarity, integrity, honesty, and COURAGE! You are so respectful of others and their opinions and willing to have honest conversation, yes, you are smart but mostly you are all heart❤🎉 special thanks for sharing your honest exploration with the hydrating fruit carbohydrates. Being open minded is what brought us to carnivore in the first place. We can’t leave that at the door. So much nuance and everyone is unique. I started exploring fruit and have found cantaloupe and blueberries, usually with yogurt, really help with workouts and sleep. I lost too much weight too fast on carnivore and need to put some puff back in so I don’t feel my bones hitting the ground as I walk, etc. adding the fruits that work for me plus creatine, mono hydrate, emphasizing the hydrate, helped me get this back quickly. I’m 57 years old with metabolic issues and straight carnivore at my age. Continues to need adjustment of information and application. What works is all that matters. ❤💪🏼🙌🏄‍♂️
