Full Diet & Exercise Protocol w/ Kneesovertoesguy

Here is the exact diet and exercise protocol of Paul Saladino and Kneesovertoesguy…
In this video, I am going to show you how to follow an animal-based diet, from breakfast through dinner, and explain why it’s the optimal human diet…
Kneesovertoesguy will take you through his strength and mobility routine to bulletproof your body and allow you to move like an athlete…
We will take you through all the basics of the diet and exercise protocol…
You will learn why an animal-based is optimal for humans and how strength and mobility enable you to move and feel your best…
As humans, we are meant to eat nutrient-dense foods like meat & organs and express ourselves physically in nature…
Whether you are trying to play a sport (professionally or recreationally), play with your kids, or simply perform regular daily tasks feeling your best, an animal-based diet with a proper strength & mobility routine is vital…
These are the foods that humans have always evolved and thrived on…
It's always meat/organs/fruit/honey/raw dairy. This is an ANIMAL-BASED diet, and I believe this is the most optimal diet for humans on the planet...

@@Livingtabitha simply watch some reviews of Paul Saladino. Carnivore diet like Paul Saladino pushes is not healthy by any scientific metric we have. Check out nutrition made simple or plant chompers. Or even go online a look for studies yourself. The more I read about diet, the worse the long term effects of carnivore diet seems to be. For instance, if you look at the life spans of doctors who encourage a carnivore diet and the doctors who promote plant based diets, the plant based diets have a statistically significantlonger and healthier lifespan.

Im 17 years old and just started my senior year of highschool. Bringing 1lb ground beef, a huge container of fruit, and a bottle of honey everyday garners some weird looks and questions. But, I cannot fully express how much of a difference your advice has made in my life. My attention span during class is extremely consistent and solid throughout the whole day, along with my energy. I vividly remember last year, junior year, eating a bagel during 1st period, and being asleep in class by 3rd, everyday. Now I have the energy to go to the gym practically right after school, work a 3hr physically intensive work shift, do homework, and barely feel tired! Thank you! I try to tell as many peers as possible about you, and I have begun to understand how to effectively explain your advice to people in a non-intimidating manner. I have even helped convert my ex-vegetarian friend to animal-based, bringing in a pound of ground beef for him everyday, and he feels the same improvements I do. So much energy! I hope that soon I can help more of my family and friends make the same improvements I did. I literally would never have done it without you. (p.s. I HATE people idolizing celebrities/influencers, but now I understand lol)

Remember that humans are only designed to eat fruit for a few weeks a year and only honey a few times a year. Modern fruit is a GM sugar bomb we're not designed for and I would advise only eating raw honey and only if you feel you need the carbs. Eating that much fructose every day all year when you're not designed for it is likely to have consequences. Also, never eat meat and fruit at the same meal, look up the Randall Cycle, Bart Kay has good explanations.

One thing I love about these guys is they don't preach to you, they give you the information, link it to studies and tell you to make your own mind up. I appreciate Paul's openness to keeping an open mind, continually searching out and reading new research, and paying attention to how his own body responds to his diet. He's not inflexible in his thinking like many of the other influencers in this space, and he regularly recommends that his followers/readers/listeners not change a thing if they're already in optimal health. A very different tone than many of the other influencers as well. He shows more humility, and less of an "I-know-everything-just-do-what-I-say/do" attitude. With that approach, he also doesn't contribute to the divisiveness within the carnivore community that so many of the other guys do. And isn't that more conducive to converting plant-based eaters over to being animal-based?

As a plant based eater, I would disagree. What would go further to get someone like me is to see solid scientific evidence that a carnivore diet is healthy, much less than optimal. Paul Saladino and the other carnivore diet influences only have anecdotal evidence. When an actual scientific study comes out, it says don't do carnivore diet. On the other side, all the scientific papers I have read concerning plant based always conclude that it is probably the best way forward. Show me conclusive, repeatable and solid scientific papers and I will change my position. I haven't yet been presented with such. And I have consumed a lot of carnivore diet videos and websites. I would also say scientific papers as well, but unfortunately that is a pretty good information desert.

@@jordanjtbraun you keep saying carnivore like it means something. Neither of them are carnivore. Bens been eating this way for 3 years and feels better than he ever has. Who are you trying to convince? I used to be “plant based” and I was always bloated and my joints hurt. You’re just as bad as the carnivore community. If being plant based works for you then great that’s awesome. But it doesn’t work for everyone. So drop your dogmatic bs and go live your life doing what works for you and stop trying to push it on others.

@@jordanjtbraunThere are a lot of people in the carnivore community who arrived here because they were either chronically ill or formerly vegan/plant-based and not thriving. I'm one of those people; I struggled with chronic illness my whole life, and I tried pretty much everything with minimal results. I even strictly followed AIP for seven years - grass-fed/finished/organic/etc. meat, lots of organic vegetables, didn't eat out at restaurants, avoided sugar/carbs/processed/packaged foods, cooked all my meals from scratch...my health improved greatly, plateaued, and then deteriorated. It was the most bizarre thing to experience, and it's what brought me to try carnivore three years ago. Currently, this is the best I've felt my entire life, both mentally and physically, and I have consistently perfect blood work to show for it. I think the thousands of personal testimonials, especially from those who've been following a carnivore way of life for decades, including hunter-gatherer tribes, has to count for something. I'm glad I educated myself on it and took a chance because that's the only way I could've believed it myself. Hopefully, there will be more and more studies in the future that will help change more people's minds. If you're willing to try it, though, I think you should see for yourself. Everyone I've come across in the comments sections of various carnivore channels who has knocked carnivore diet has never even tried it, so I find it difficult to take their comments seriously.

@@adrielbadillo1942 "Ultimately it’s up to you on whichever diet you decide to be on." Very true. And for me, I desire the best diet. I also do not want to rely on my opinion. So I look to science and scientific studies. Which is my standard when trying to figure out what diet to adhere to. Fads are worthless. Anecdotal myths are unreliable and contradictory. Science is where I look to, repeatable, reliable and consistent. And I don't like to look at others opinions about the science, but really what the science can (and cannot) tell us. I have been looking at this topic for 25 years. Since the beginning, I have found the science and evidence to be very convincing, very steady, and very consistent. The science seams to be telling us that a plant based, whole food diet is the optimal diet, perhaps with a bit of fish thrown in there as well. Mediterranean diet. It is not anecdotal (I became vegan and got a whole bunch more energy; or veganism cured my cancer!) . It is repeatedly observed scientific evidence. The research on the carnivore diet is much less cohesive and definitely less dependable. Many of the doctors who support a carnivore style diet hardly ever quote studies, or if they do quote studies they grotesquely misrepresent the findings. The majority of the evidence that these doctors parade out are anecdotal evidence. "My friend went carnivore and it cured his snoring!" It is not very strong nor is it really convincing. It is more concerning that many of the promoters of this type of diet, historically, have then gone on and died of cardiovascular disease. Heart attacks and strokes. And at a relatively young age. If you do not believe me, the channel Plant Chompers goes through the historical papers, books and authors of people who supported different diets and recorded the age they died and causes. Definitely some clear trends and not ones that flatter keto and high fat low-carb diets.

This stuff has helped me immensely the last 9 months I went from 260-220 after a torn meniscus and fractured tibia. I got fat after being a commercial fisherman in Alaska the last 20 years of my 29. Cause we thought we could eat whatever when your standing on the deck surfing while working all day. That life turned on me so quick. I took a year off to be with the fam and my body couldn’t handle the “standard western American food pyramid. Gained weight but by this knowledge I was able to change my life for the better and the people around me. Lots of family and friends are getting more stoked about this; so thank you to all in the carnivore community and the What I’ve learned Podcast as well for educating everyone on seed oils and the processed food industry! Paul is the man as well! And just learned about this kneesovertoesguy and it’s amazing! Life changing! Thank you!

So glad I took a chance and give Paul's meat plus fruit diet a go. I was convince that meat only was the way, but I was still having problems. The meat and fruit diet which I tweaked for myself helped tremendously. I dont have any muscle and joint pain anymore and I believe it also cured or atleast help with depression. Thank you Paul.
