▷ About Paul:
Paul Rodriguez, also known as “P-Rod” was recognized as a prodigy at the young age of 14, only two years after he started skating. His consistency, effortless style and persistence on his board led Paul to travel far from his home town of Northridge, CA to the City Streets around the world as a part of the legendary City Stars team. His passion for skating and filming with his friends led to his breakout part in Logic 6 in 2000, Street Cinema in 2001 and landed him Rookie of the Year in 2002 for his part in Tranworld’s video production “In Bloom.” He turned pro later that year.
Paul bought his first skateboard at the age of 12. When he’s not skateboarding, Paul enjoys studying the lives of influential individuals, including his favorites such as Alexander the Great and Bruce Lee.
Paul currently lives in Los Angeles.

Shit still holds up. That's really saying something with the rate that skating progresses now.
It's crazy to know Paul has been relevant for at least 3 decades now. Late 90's, 2000's.10's. and the 20's still. That's a testament to his character and grace on and off a skateboard.
Me: prod are you goofy or regular? Prod: yes
That nolle 180 late flip down that set blew my mind. P Rod is one of my favesss

Still one of the greatest parts. A perfect marriage of music, footage and editing. I still remember the hype leading up to the release of this video and everything that came after. Definitely changed the game of skateboarding and still holds up just fine today. A timeless part. Glad that I was around to experience it.

bruh i get so hyped. i watch this before i go to the gym and exercise
I find it incomprehensible how someone can come to this page, watch this video all the way through and then be like, "nah, that sucked, he sucks, he used to be better soo.... thumbs down!" For those of you wondering why he's mostly doing street league now a days, he's a grown man with kid...Probably wanting to continue making a good living for their future. The other thing to think about is how much of a role his extremely large budget sponsors play in what he puts his time, energy and body into. They pay him a lot, and I'm sure they get a lot of airtime / exposure from him skating in street league...So there may be a connection there. Don't hate on the Rod! Side note, he's been my favorite skater (style, personality and trick selection) since City Stars - Street Cinema made in 2001!
10 years came and went like that krazy
Legendary part.
I'm so used to the little mouse clicker being over the footy, hyped he uploaded this. It's all buttery now haha
this video changed my life
Prime prod will always be Plan B p rod for me 🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐
... showed this to people who have no idea about skateboarding and they all flipped out. comes to show the quality of this video. Jesus that was amazing.

Over and over and over again!
2018 we still here baby love you Paul!
Probably my favourite part of all time
One of the best part of all time total game changer
The absolute best video part ever made
DAMN P-ROD IS REALLY FUCKIN GOOD.
This part will forever be legendary and P Rod will forever be one of my favorite skaters of all time and this generation!!!
Exactly the tricks that the online watchers expects to exist in a contest, the legend was smoothly sailing in his lines, cause of this I see times come and go, but still he's always alive on the sk8 scene!! ❤
Prime Prod, prime skateboarding. This was the era boys. Back when not all shoes were vulcanized, companies were owned and operated by skateboarders for the most part, full length videos still existed, it was easy to keep up with who was new and what had/hadn't been done, Josiah Gatlyn was still around, we still thought we'd see a backside flip down El Toro, and skateboarding wasn't insane to the point that it still seemed possible to have a career in it if you didn't tre flip a 17 by the age of 8. This was the golden era of skateboarding for me, and it will never be the same. Thank you Paul.
Arguably the greatest video part of all time
paul is the most chillest/insane/creative/steeziest streetskater to ever exist no fucking cap
Still to this day I see this and Pudwills Big Band as the greatest solo parts ever. the music, trick selection, filming, and style are just next level
the good old days, brings back so many good memories
Thanks for the memories Paul, youth days shredding and pumping this!!!! God bless P!
I always like to come back to this part from time to time. So good. Bring back the P-Rod 2s!
