They did him dirty, he defeated Ogre... an ancient alien/demon that literally defeated everyone. And fighting Kazuya to a draw is actually nuts when you think of it. Only Jin and Heihachi are strong enough to take on Kazuya. Paul is the defintion of never ending hard work, dedication and will power. I need badass Paul back, not this goofy...

He has always been the only other human besides Heihachi, to have his raw power(having the actual strongest single in the game every game) without a devil or amgel or extraterestrial power influemcing a character. Paul is so damn strong, everything God tier wants to fight HIM.

The Tekken universe needs it own Magna or Comics series and give all the characters there own 3 or 4 series solo run.. who wouldn't want too see a Paul or King comic... figure the anime on Netflix was just going to D**k ride Kazuya and Jin and ignore the rest of characters why didn't watch it yet..

Paul never lost to Kazuya in Tekken 2, in Tekken 2 he got caught in traffic and missed the fight to battle kazuya.

I like Paul as a fighter personally. I can destroy with him more often than i lose, cause his power and those cpunters are ridiculous. I mean, 2 hits cause they got caught, amd they either are or are near dead.

Paul Phoenix is Johnny Lawrence of Tekken series. He's one of the most dominant fighters in the early story and now he's nothing more than just being a joke. I hope Namco redeem him in Tekken 8.

Paul in Tekken 7 got the MOST humiliating ending ever. Well, almost all Tekken 7 characters got the MOST humiliating ever which is the reason why I DON'T WANT to play Tekken 7. Harada is really having NO INTENTION to make a good character story in Tekken 7. The only goods for me in Tekken 7 for character story are: Hwoarang-Devil Jin, Xiaoyu-Claudio, Steve-Nina, two characters original from Tekken 7 (forgot the name, but it's a woman vs GIGANT), and Miguel. Other than them, for me is WTF?!

@@joezar33 I think he does traditional japanese jujitsu (parent to aikido, bjj, and judo) but focuses on stand up. Ground fighting is more BJJ and JJJ. In my free time I do JJJ - Judo people are more focused on throws than ground fighting).

Judo back then was more complete all though i would have to say he needs a overwork. Paul is so damn vanilla its tough to play him when you are not a pro. Everybody anticipates deathfist which makes it hard to hit... its his essential move. Literally, his launchers are tough to hit which makes combos not hard but hard to pull...

You’re just going off the stories off the game and those endings aren’t even part of the actual story
