Paul Merson makes grand return to Fratton Park

Former Pompey captain Paul Merson was presented to the Fratton Park crowd at half time of the Blues' 1-1 Sky Bet League Two draw with Morecambe.
Merson made 45 appearances for Pompey's in the Division One promotion season of 2002/03, scoring 12 goals.
And his return to Fratton Park was greeted with rapturous approval from the crowd, ahead of his Hall of Fame induction in April.

    Merson was a very good player, but hes an absolute numpty as a bloke, he cant string a coherent sentence 2gether and when talking football he talks crap!
