There are a lot of destructive addictions but I’ve often thought that gambling has to be the fastest way to the bottom. I fear for anyone who gets a buzz out of it. Not speaking from experience and I am no expert, just my thoughts having struggled with other issues.

@@theswingsquad I’ve heard it said the alcoholism is the most destructive drug overall… on health, on families, deaths…. because it’s not only accepted by society, it’s encouraged… as you have alluded to.

Let me tell you it is , I was brought up in an era when drinking was the thing and I loved it still do and I've made some poor decisions over the years because of it , but gambling lost my house , he's right you go through guilt but my losses still mount up .Any addiction is bad luckily I've never got into drugs but I doubt I'll stop still love a drink and God knows why still love a bet .

I almost fell foul of a gambling addiction when I lost almost every penny of the little money I had playing a roulette table and I had that moment of panic and need to lose the rest of what I had in an attempt to win back what I lost. Thru judgement or luck I stopped myself but the buzzes and lows, I felt that on a lesser scale for a moment and I do understand and feel what Paul is saying. 👍🏼

There is no addiction that is worse than another. Your alcohol may not effect my drugs addiction your drug addiction may not effect my gambling addiction. And all your addictions doesn't effect my depression...see And that's just a few . Mr Merson Is a true advocate; I truly believe he'll make a massive difference..such an empathetic great man . Love him to bits ❤...keep it up mers

I said in your last video that I was disappointed with Paul regarding his thoughts on Matt Tissier BUT I have to say I totally respect him for this segment. He’s 100% right in valuing time more than money. I can’t remember 2015 and parts of 2016 so I know how much strength this would of taken him. A big shout out to his wife for sticking by him also ❤

You are a weak human being. No empathy for others, no intelligence, no heart for other peoples struggling. A c*nt basically. Read up on addiction, relapse is often a part of it. I like the fact he is open, other people can learn from it. Doesn't matter if he gets paid for it a bit, I hope he can save others from the same faith. And that is the difference between me and you.
