    I never thought one way or another about him until I saw the clip of him doing some improv with the crowd when the guy asked his girl to marry him and started chanting "she said yes she said yes!" Lol the way he made their moment unforgettable by acknowledging them/insulting them was righteous af...still being a heel character and not breaking kayfabe and giving them a tip of the cap...he's one of the all time greats on the mic

    Because of his age. Punk speaks to taker Austin, Henry, Hart, they all like and respect punk. Younger cats in aew were also in the position to talk to punk. We know that split the locker room. Point being Punk was a guy capable of talking to both age groups. It was up to them if they wanted to listen.
