I think they have to call offensive fouls More regularly. Fine P says he doesn't want the hand check, but then the offensive stars shouldn't be able to routinely use their off-arm to create space. Every Star Player does it a ton. You can balance it by calling offensive fouls.

The game needs more struggle and resistance throughout the ebb & flow of the game. The ease and fluidity almost robs it of its seriousness or importance. Still keep the skill offensively but let the defense muck up the works for offensive players with more physicality. I feel teams would have to be more strategic if they know they’re gonna have to fight to win and not just rely on the 3-ball and free throws to win

Wemby vs Chet isnt even a debate at this point😂 like Chets case is being CARRIED by SGA and JDub. Chet can go out there and score 8pts on 31% and his team will win by 30. Wemby puts those same numbers up and the spurs will lose by 102. Wemby is the more talented player by a mile. ROTY has nothing to do with whose team is better and whos winning. It has everything to do with whos stats are better and who is individually more talented

I’ve always been curious on how P feels about Vogel. Vogel really allowed Paul to play and become the player that he is today. Jim always sat Paul and as soon as Vogel took over, he immediately started playing and starting Paul. Do they still have a close relationship? Hoping for an actual answer and not an answer for a fan. Also- Vogel deserves a lot of credit for the vertically rule that they was talking about earlier. Everyone I see guys go straight up, I always think of Roy and Miami series. Get Lance on!!

GP never locked a guard down that wanted to score. The game will only slow down until you get past half court and you have a max 8 seconds to do it. The guard will Advance the ball to a big unguarded and get the ball back past half court to face the basket and cook whoever treads into the first step zone. And they’ll get caught on everything screen and give up more open 3s. The offense fit on the ball is just up. Best they can do is allow more action in the paint for defense

I like to see more speed on defense i think and more hardcore underneath i dunno i guess Paul saying what i m saying cause hand checking will help but that is not an answer cause it wont stop the 3 point...it just wont ppl just take deeper ones and it seems if you got a good shooter and the practice enough all over the court then all over the court is their playground! There are 3 main things that need to be changed before hand checking: 1. Penalize illegal screens. It will effect 3-pointers immediately. 2. Sanction fauls on dunks. Slight touches are called for jump shots and some heavy fauls are not even considered in cases where should and-1 after dunk. This is a mental barrier because everyone cares about avoiding injury, so you choose more favourable option. 3. All ready pointed in podcast. Let them ball, let them show masculinity as it pumps crowd and both teams. Giving techs for yelling after amazing play or showing someone you are not afraid of them just kills the game and energy.

For 33:55 I just want to see people compete. For the technical foul specifically, it condemns emotion and the competitive spirit. There is no reason in my mind other than halting the continuation of the game for a tech to be necessary.

For me its gotta be jalen johnson. Coby white is just getting more opportunity now that lonzo is gone and he averaged 15.6 a couple years back.
