Another thing about the ORAS ghost girl is that the view of Phoebe from behind is supposed to be from HER perspective. The jittering and lower angle; that's her getting off the chair and approaching. Side note: I can't be the only one who thinks Phoebe should've been a Water-type Trainer. I know we already had Wallace (and Juan in Emerald), but come on! She's wearing a bandeau bikini and a sarong, and has flower hair decorations; why is she a Ghost-type specialist?!

Look at her name in diff languages, esp Japanese. Phoebe is a normal name in English but it’s supposed to be a play on phantom or phobia (according to bulbapedia). Plus, she directly states she gained the ability to talk to Ghost Pokémon while training on Mt Pyre. Not every gym leader or Elite 4 dresses like their type. Blaine and Lorelei come to mind right away.

The Kirby thing seems ridiculous but there’s legitimate in game reason players may be concerned. Considering we have things like Kirby being connected to a God. People going insane I’m tragic ways. Actual genocide, death cults and a butterfly being a harbinger of the apocalypse it’s possible these Batamon could have some significance. While Dream Land 3 being insanely dark was in fact a joke he’s only half kidding.

Pat doesn’t know that the final boss of Kirby’s dream land 3 gets his eyeball ripped out in horrific bloody fashion.

You know a game's ending is bad when the fanbase would rather have "it was all just a dream".

I always thought that it would be better if the game just didn't have multiple endings. I mean what other than "we defeated the Reapers and the universe is saved" is gonna be in any way more satisfying? It should've just only been that depending on your choises throughout the game some charcters might end up either dead or not, and nothing more. Plain and simple, like first two games.

@@poochyenajones1362 But then you don't get the cool action sequence of Shepard walking into an explosion while shooting at it for some definitely not stupid reason, also forcing everyone to do the renegade ending if they want a chance at Shepard being alive despite it contradicting all the choices you've made and killing off the robot race you fucking risked everything to keep alive including losing best boi Legion in the process. God damn I hated the ending to that game. Dying Light 2 has usurped it as worst ending ever though.

@@keithshaughnessy1730 Yeah, I think it would've been better like this: Suppose as I said there was only a single ending, it would've been the Destruction, cuz God-Sheppard and Assimilation are both dumb in my humble opinion. There's still a machine that can emit signal that would destroy the Reapers but instead we have the following. It can emit instant global signal that will destroy all synthetic live including the geth OR it can target only the Reapers but it travels slower. And here's your renegate/paragon choise. You can be an asshole and destroy all the synthetics for good, or the allied geth can help you locate every Reaper in the Galaxy and then transmit the signal to destroy them. The plan works, everyone is happy, but in the very end you receive the message that a couple of reapers might have survived and went back into dark space after they realised they're totally boned. All because the signal wasn't instant. BUT it's only a speculation since only slight traces of Reaper signature were spotted wich doesn't proof some of them actually survived. Although it gives the possibility they may return someday but you're confident it was the right choice since now every race in the Galaxy including the Geth, another AI based form of live, are now at piece with each other and can work togather to become even stronger. So whatever distant future holds, we will be ready. You may say this ending also sucks but I won't argue. It took me 7 minutes to came up with it anyway.

Oh, Kirby games get absolutely horrifying for the final boss sequences. Kirby lore's insane.

Kirby is actually the equevalent of a god. For instance, he can canonically control time, create black holes, and murder goda.

Goemon was a Japanese robin hood who was boiled to death when he was caught.

That’s a big oversimplification but yes. Neat guy too. It wasn’t being caught that did him (and his son) in rather it was the failed assassination attempt on Hideyoshi. That happened sometime during Hideyoshi’s campaign against Korea.

i can't remember which game it was, but i believe it was either jack and daxter or rachet and clank, where like 1 week before an AGDQ event, a speedrunner "accidentally" found a glitch, that skipped a majority of either the stage they were playing on, or the story of the game itself, which got people immediately trying to replicate this trick themselves, including the guy who got the glitch. luckily for him, he got the trick to work again at AGDQ!!

It's actually also theorized that the women in the red dress is Nero's mother. I don't know where they got the whole thing with Vergil's mother from, since it is known who his mother is.

Istg everytime I see the ORAS girl get brought up, I feel insane because everytime I played, she was always in the chair for me. I'll have you know Lost Planet 2 was actually really fun and cool. The Akrid are really awesomely designed, the cosmetics were cool, and its from the era of "add a 6 digit code and get free shit" games. Like you can a Rathalos armour set, or a RE Wesker skin 😂

The Mass effect one reminds me of a certain Kingdom hearts theory. I still like to have people who played kindom hearts 3 read it because if I can dream of a justification for weird and stupid errors, so should others! It's the so called "Sleeping Realm Theory". Well.... spoilers for kh3 I guess. . . . . . ... . . . . This character is sucked in some sort of tornado and suddenly his hair changes? Is it just a weird excuse from the devs to change his looks for the new game or is it a sign that he just dropped in the sleeping Realm? After all, his hair changed to something similar last time he dropped! Have we visited all of this disney worlds learning nothing about the main ability needed in the game because the game is bad? No, clearly there are other lessons to be learnt for the hidden plot! Is the Female lead dying like a replica and not any other human beings and not needing to be saved when everyonr else did just a weird plotline? Nah, clearly it's the proof that she already sacrificed herself in the previous timeline to bring everyone in the Sleeping Realm! This typically dumb character says something weirdly smart and remember things that never happened on screen? He clearly has some vague memories of the first timeline! The good guys wins even if it was unmistakably prophesied that they would lose? Is them coming back from the death an asspull or proof that they already lost in the first timeline? There are dozens of other examples. Is this dear old Tetsuya Nemura acting cryptic? Is this just a fan re-read of a not-great game? Who knows. I certainly like that theory a lot, but I might just not be bothered by some shipping. Oh well! Have a nice day!
