Nice looking place, A little pricey but still it is nice. Nice sized pool, great great views and if I get a helicopter I know where to move too. I know all I need is a place from 10 to 12k per month but If I could pony up the extra bucks, I would not mind this location.

Wongamat is nice, can be quite busy in high season but still a good area 👍. Get that chopper mate, would love to fly around Pattaya looking at condos 😂

£1200-£1500 for a RTN.flight and 50,000 Thai BAHT for a month rent. Na I don't think so , not this year. Off to Turkey £120 RTN. and reasonable for accom.etc. Going to be really interesting to see how this high season pans out in Pattaya this year.

Walking Street is about 10 minutes away, baht bus or bolt easy, there are bars in Wongamat within walking distance
What about the cheaper one's..and people coming for one month..other area's of pattaya ..something different...

Hi Harry, yes I am arranging inspections in Pattaya central, Pratumnak and Jomtien. I have done some cheaper ones in previous videos including my condo which is 8000 baht per month on a 6 month contract. Appreciate the feedback
