Lived in Cozy Beach for 18 months, first 16 months great no traffic, once everything opened up realized that only 1 way in and out of Cozy Beach so Saturday and Sundays 1 to 2 hours to get in and out of Cozy Beach, Pratumnak road a mess ,police never come for traffic control, all the restaurants on the bottom of the hill make it a mess. Loved living there before the traffic mess,please make a 2nd inbound and egress to help everyone living or working there

Thanks for showing us Daz - those condos are nice, but I think they lack a homely feel. It clearly looks and feels like a hotel still. The double unit, whilst an unusual layout, was quite good value though. Please keep up the good work with these videos - you are the number one Pattaya channel!

These apartment are of a nice standard , good value for money ..I live in the Philippines and the apartments are cheaper but not of as good quality . Thailand has a higher standard of living.. Philippines is cheaper, easy visa for 3 years period then you must take a holiday out of the country and start a new 3 years period visa( visa is easy ) and English is spoken.. Thailand has a better standard / quality....

Very nice Daz. The two bedroom one looks like great value. I'd love to live around that area, but the big problem with Cosy Beach and Pratumnak as a whole is that its so far from the songthaew route. Would be great if someone started up a little shuttle bus to take people up to the main road. Dont want to be using my car or bike every time I go out. The agnets seem lovely also.🙏

The higher floor looks nice 👍; the sea view is better.

I like the Cosy Beach area, very quiet but pretty close to everywhere. Prices have def gone up but these still seem a little steep for this area. I’ve just got 6 months in Unixx for 15,000/month for same size room but better view. Prices are def on the up and there isnt a glut of decent ones around. Nearly all insist on a minimum of 6 months now to deter the AirBnb crowd

I liked the funny ending. Even though I'm not personally interested in long term condos, I'm always happy to hear your voice. What might be worth mentioning - there are a lot of very steep roads in this area.

Yes, good timing. Prices started to jump at the end of August when the Thailand Pass program ended. I also got my place in August, and now they're asking almost double the price I got.

The apts are also very well decorated, with good taste and the view is also good. the price did go up all over...I wonder if it will go down, even if a little, in the shoulder and low season. Lots of Chinese and People from all over at the moment and, no covid restrictions etc. Bangkok rent is still cheaper right now, but is nothing like Pattaya with clean hair and beautiful beach. Still planing in going around April/May...Thanks for the good work again.😶‍🌫

Nice videos. But they really need to fix website. Very limited photos on many condos I look to rent, and the filters for search need improvements. E.g., they show condos under rental agreements now and no ability to filter thenm out. And some filters reset (bedrooms) after you search and you have to repeat selections. And cannot filter on size (minimum).

I stayed in this place when it was still a hotel. Very nice but you need transport to get anywhere. I would definitely be interested in one of these, quality comfy beds and high end touches.

I like very much your informative Vlogs. Can you advise me where to find a long term about 40 sqm. condo near Terminal 21, market and bus around 4 to 5 hundred Canadian dollars per month.

If you want them to say something at the end of the video, you try the old count down method. You know, 1,2,3....obviously they were not understanding what you wanted then to do at the end there. Nice units. But still looks like a hotel. You didn't show us a gym, or spa,etc. So can only guess what they have. What about food? Restaurant??? Also evey balcony had A/C fan units mounted next to your small seating area. Its hot enough. But with those things running putting out even more heat, and double the fan noise levels. The balcony would not be a place to sit and enjoy anything. I can imagine it would be hard to carry on a conversation with anyone out there. Sorry not a place for me.

Short term would not be cheap I guess for a 2 month contract guess they would charge 20,000 BHT per month long term not cheap for a Holiday rental at all.As we all say stay long term arrive in the low season have a look around then pick up a bargain for 8,000 to 10,000 BHT per month for long term.

I really liked the first one with lots of natural light but at a cost. If I was staying for 6 months, I'd want to cook, but you never show pots, pans and utensils, and you never open the cupboard to see if they're there. I know that's a detail, but it'd be annoying to have to buy them, then wonder what to do with them at the end. Also, call me old fashioned, but I do like a carpet in my bedroom and living room, and they never seem to have them - don't they have carpets in Thailand?

Nothing is cheap in the High season but low season you can haggle a bit for sure better the money in your pocket then the owners most are Chinese investors that says it all.

If you want to get a good deal for a 12 month contract whats the best month to arrive or any month outside of high season.

Too expensive. Will be even more expensive during economic crash in 2023. They need to get the owner to drop the price in half. It will sit empty.

How far from Jomtien is that?
