I love Areca,, stayed there several times, had rooms in all 3 wings, good rooms even in the cheapest wing. Best rooms in Evergreen room of coz, cost more of coz. Perfect location! Bangkok 112.. next time I will stay next doors at Centara Azure, new hotel and condos. Hope u will make a review on that. Thanks a lot for your videos.

Have stayed here several times and enjoyed it. Breakfast, if you get up that early, was usually pretty good too.

another great video matey.........my go to hotel in Patts.....I always stay here.......but I use the EVERGREEN section of the hotel......its newer and a little bit more expensive......but I joined the ACE club that they have.....you get a 10% discount on the rooms .great hotel for me as it is a perfect location.......

Stayed here many times and I love the hotel. Stayed in the evergreen wing Christmas 2017 and the rooms there are getting a big dated too.

If u had to pick a hotel in pattaya what would ur top choice be?

Stayed in 2004 lol was great and close to everything, doesn't seem to have changed much.

Nice review B112 , I find most Hotels in Pattaya have lack of plug sockets best to buy a 4 way extension cable 200baht give or take from TukCom , nice distraction by the pool 555 hard to find a Thai girl who likes to sit by the pool as most hate sitting in the sun no want Dam Dam , stroll on February ill be back

I already enquired, the new Nana hotel rooms were on the top floor only and not available to be booked online. Will have to wait until the renovation progresses more and they open online booking. They were charging quite a premium for the renovated rooms too. Thanks for watching.

Stayed here my last trip. Its great, but they closed the free breakfast area too soon all the time. But decent hotel, anyway.

Can you exchange the new plastic £5 And £ 10 notes in Thailand because I'm sure it was mentioned somewhere that some exchange places will not accept them?

just dont bring any cash from your country just change your money in thomsons are post office on any high st the best rate before you go , and use the atm then if you need anymore in thailand as the atm has the best rates and is safe , there is a small fee but still cheaper than than changing on the street and no id to hand over which they sell on copies off to the mafia to launder money in there bureau de change, just take out 20 thousand baht at atm which is the max on some atms but some i belive do 30 thousand , dont exchange at airport wait till you get to a bank in pattaya are bangkok are where ever your going

Was in pattaya in September. Changed plastic £5 notes no problem. I’m not sure if they accept the old paper £5 notes anymore.

yes, i ended up using my credit card, as well for cash advance cause my vacation money run out. lol!

They made me sign a form releasing them of responsibility when I took a girl with no ID card to my room. It was a first for me, but everything turned out fine.

Steven Oliver I think that’s reasonable given it’s most often the lady risking her ID. At least they are giving you an option rather than a flat refusal.

The room looked a little tired but the prices in the mini bar are great and 2 pools . Why is there only one tap in the sink in the bathroom?
