It's not like they're significant majority Coloureds are only 42% and Africans are 39%. Only 4% difference, bare in mind most African people in Western Cape ain't born there they go there as adults for work and school, while coloureds are born there. Meaning there's a possibility of equal balance amongst adult population between coloureds and Africans
