@@jilvia9462 why would he get fired?! 😂 He did exactly the right thing. When McDreamy grabs the mic to interview Meredith, you step to the side. There was nothing arrogant about it. Just fun and nostalgic for all the greys fans.

Patrick did such a good job at it because they already have so much chemistry and have been friends for like 20 years or something. So it’s like fake interviewing your friend in your bedroom as a kid or something. It’s funny and so easy to do. It’s like regularly talking to a friend it feels like. I wish all interviews felt like this though

and people say these two were at odds....i don't believe it!!! rather i think he had caught feelings for her because there is a quote where he mentioned that its difficult to not fall for someone on set especially if that someone is your onset girlfriend.

the fact people don´t realize how ICONIC this is. a masterpiece

they adore each other, for real. They both light up when they see each other. That's what the show needs. Mer hasn't had this since they killed him off. Wrong move Greys. They were the show.

He had to leave becease he was toxic on the set.

The real interview started when Ellen came on screen and Patrick took over. The interaction between them felt like a HUGE hug! Love those two so much!

The fact that he kept looking that way because he could see her coming, lol he was not focused at all

the fact that neither of them stopped smiling when they were together 🥺🥺

I need to see more of Ellen & Patrick together. Their chemistry is so out of this world!

Watching this interview gave me all the feels and put a smile on my face. Watching this made me want to go back and binge watch old episodes. Mer Der reunited!

this was so amazing the way he immediately grabs the microphone the confidence the hair the relationship they have!!! i love everything fabulous

I mean, the interviewer got paid and he didn't even have to interview, I think HE is the legend.

Love their friendship and love how even though they stop talking like for five years they reconcile and now they so friends again

The interviewer let it happen because he knew how iconic that was

That interviewer just backed right off and knew magic was about to happen.

I got a total flashback when the interviewer forgot the name of the movie and Patrick said “Disenchanted…”, to the pilot episode of Grey’s when Meredith forgot his name and he said “Derek…”😂😂 Also, the interviewer (who obviously isn’t great at his job or was just too nervous to do his job well..) looked so defeated both when Patrick took the mic from him as he looked at the camera and then moved out of frame, and then also when he got the mic back and Patrick waved at the camera and walked off..so he didn’t get to complete the interview with Patrick. Lol. He had this defeated smile on his face as he looked at the ground as if he had absolutely no idea what to do next. 😂
