During the covid pandemic, with her voice, gave many of us hope to endure in those rough times. Unfortunately, she is gone much too soon. It's really sad for all of us the loved her voice, but it's much sadder for her, that had all her life ahead of her.

You are absolutely correct. The priest who presided at Patricia's funeral wisely observed that her life should be measured not by time, but by the intensity of the encounter. We can still experience that encounter as, from beyond the grave, Patricia continues to be a means of blessing us aesthetically, emotionally and spiritually.

To pivot from Strauss to Puccini in extraordinary fashion! Such skill and artistry. A voice from heaven has returned there too soon. ❤😢

Отнюдь... Столько фундаментальных ошибок, над которыми надо было работать и работать, забыв про выступления! Форсирование звука, выстреливание нот, то есть поддавание диафрагмой, которая должна быть в неизменяемой позиции; ужасные трели, практически их полное отсутствие; короткие верхние ноты, на которые явно не хватает дыхания; зажатая гортань и связки; излишняя вибрация, ведущая к тремоляции и etc И не свой репертуар! Штраус ей был ещё не по силам, с его фиоритурами, резко меняющейся тесситурой и темпом! Очень жаль, что такой прекрасный голос погубили чрезмерные, преждевременные амбиции и погоня за славой: надо было работать и работать над голосом, а не выступать! Или выступать умеренно, с тщательно подобранным репертуаром, не превышающим её голосовые возможности Всему своё время: она бы всё успела, но, видимо, её окружали люди алчные до скорых денег и немедленной славы. Ничто не вредит молодому певцу так, как подобное окружение! Бедняжка Патриция, конечно, в глубине души всё это понимала, поэтому ужасно нервничала и зажималась во время выступления, форсировала звук и теряла контроль над и так плохо поставленным дыханием! Постоянный стресс отразился на её здоровье и вызвал смертельное заболевание, от которого эта прекрасная певчая птичка и скончалась... Вечная тебе память, милая девочка! ❤❤❤😢😘😭❤❤❤

I totaly agree, Paricia is by far the Best soprano in the World, since Maria Callas, and she is even better, because she has coleurs Maria never had. No doubt the Best soprano in my lifetime, and I sincerely hopes that she overcome the difficult times as one wrote, and come back and enriches the World with her exstaordinaere talent, because there is simply none better.

I don’t have one special musical role model, but I really like the Slovak opera star Lucia Popp, who unfortunately is no longer with us. Her overall musical expression is a beauty in many ways. Her singing conveys a feeling of well-being and happiness, it is light, simple and at the same time sensitive and gentle. It’s a balm for the soul.' If she did indeed seek to emulate Lucia Popp in the characteristics she described, I think that she succeeded.

Snad proto začala zpívat v tak ranném mládí, aby nás obohatila o její nádherný hlas. Proletěla životem, jako hvězda na nebi. Je to velká ztráta pro nás a zvláště pro její blízké. Ztráta blízkého člověka je vždy brzy. Vždycky nám schází. Jedinou útěchou je, že už netrpí bolestmi, způsobenými tou strašnou nemocí. V našich vzpomínkách bude žít stále. Vzpomínejte na krásné chvíle, které vám byly umožněny s Patricií strávit. Proč nám tak vzácní lidé odcházejí tak brzy. 😢❤❤❤

She's lost her childish looks, but none of the freshness. Her voice - heavenly beautiful as ever - has gained power and now heads towards a Netrebko. I'll love her forever.

Since this has disappeared from AOV's channel, let me repeat the comment I made there. Patricia's voice has a richness, a resonance, a sonorous fullness from top to bottom of her register, allied with a rare purity, brilliancy and clarity of tone that makes her unique in this generation - she is, I venture to suggest, the female equivalent of Pavarotti. To check my judgement isn't distorted by my general admiration for her, over the last few days I've been listening to a lot of other sopranos, many world-renowned. Few seem to match, none to surpass her. Many of their voices sound thin, even tinny by comparison, while others have a wide and unpleasant vibrato and/or a piercing shrillness in their high notes. When you add in her vivacity and charm, not to mention her movie-star looks, you have an incomparable package!

I feel, having WATCHED and listened to Patricia as she has matured in voice and musical confidence there is a uniqueness that does not encourage comparisons. One advantage of living by myself on a farm in the almost never I can appreciate the so lovely voice almost as if I were in a class auditorium. Sound engineer - congrats - an airport terminal?

Ogni volta che riascolto questa straordinaria voce mi emoziono. Patricia è un angelo in terra. OLtrd tutto ilsuo tedesco è comprensibilissimo, come l'Italiano - cosa non comune!

Patricia singt phänomenal gut und ist auch sehr hübsch.

Perhaps only once in a generation there may appear someone of such talent, presence, and perfection of technique that their gifts confound, amaze, and enthrall the listener and viewer so that mere words fail to express the experience of the wonderous miracle witnessed; Patricia Janečková is such a paragon.

Il est inutile de souligner une fois de plus que Patricia est non seulement une cantatrice hors de pair , mais également une actrice qui a une présence scénique exceptionnelle. Regardons par exemple le petit sourire caché 1:10 , le petit mouvement désinvolte de la main 1:36 , ça façon de dire « n’est-ce pas que l‘ai bien chanté ,,,» 3:11, et encore dans un autre registre , la merveilleuse gravité qu’elle exprime dans le poème de Gvorak . Elle s‘identifie d‘ores et déjà parmi les plus grandes dans son domaine Merci Madame !
