I mean, he said "Jesus Crise" and "sanctuary of marriage" in one sentence, and that was within a minute of listening to this, so I don't think "great orator" is accurate. He's talking sense, and that's all. He should definitely be applauded for being so open and vocal. The system is fucked. All of it. Not just family court. Everything. From the career to marriage (or what it's become) to custody and parental rights to homeownership to death. Every step is fucked.

And even if it is justifiable I would want the person paying the child support to pay the expenses directly. Sometimes the child’s education, extracurriculars, etc can become very expensive but I would want those expenses to be paid directly to the vendor. Tyrese made me a big supporter soon as as he said he will not apologize for his beliefs 🙏🏽30 seconds in to the interview. He was not having the clowning handled it like a true Stoic what a G. So much respect to a man of true righteous character completely unshakable. He was unafraid to speak his truth unapologetically. @@prellyseverereason *You may not be wrong with that.. but as he explained himself, you should have understood he was in a place he should have never been in. However, you cannot see that with you worldly point of view. That energy he had given to the world when he was pouring his heart out, on the surface to me is that he should have poured that out to God.. and kept it together in public. Now regardless of what ppl do.. if you are back by God, what was bad or a negative.. he will turn it for good because as human beings, The Lord Thy God knows our hearts.. he knows the flesh.. he knows what we all will do or may do in certain situations. So first and foremost, if you cannot forgive.. God will never forgive you. People need to deal with that first.. even if your heart becomes harden, he will provide and opportunity for your heart to be soften and realize the gift of forgiveness and how free it makes you truly feel. I will tell you right now.. unforgiveness is a form of bondage and torments. If you dont know this, the day you realize this.. you would want to let go of everything and forgive everyone to the depths of your heart. We are all learning and supposed to be ascending.. when we are not, guess where that person is heading to then.. so get his perspective and understand some of his p.o.v.'s and make a good assessment of things.*

His analogy about the meet-up exchange for their child being akin to a cult hit hard. I've always framed my relationship with my mother, who has a mental illness, in a similar way. The inner child in me constantly echoes, "Hey, Mom, I'm here, you know, your son." It's a profoundly traumatic feeling.

@journeytothevoid2899 Not everyone knows or believes in God, so my understanding of God being in marriages would be the people who believe in God and include him in their marriages. This means they have to put God first and let him lead in their marriage. Specifically believers. That isn't always the case, and there are a lot of broken people in marriage that impact the divorce rate. Just be an example in your marriage, and you never know who you can impact. Some people can be led to Christ by your example. Peace be with you.

I never had a blueprint for marriage. Raised by a single mother but this past August, I’ve been married 22 years. You need to get to know each other first before jumping into marriage and even then you won’t know each other completely. Marriage is not for the weak.

I really needed to hear this episode. It was triggering because it’s exactly what I’m going through now but it was enlightening and inspiring. I have such empathy for celebrities because I can’t imagine going through a tumultuous relationship in the public eye. But I give props to Tyrese because I believe his agenda it two fold. To express how he feels because he’s a creative and music with a true story behind it makes the best art and he is sharing so others don’t have to go through the same pain or so others can still have hope and faith of love and or the beauty of marriage.
