Patong Merlin Hotel, Phuket - A Walk Through the Pools & Gardens
This is the first ever place Jak and I stayed in Thailand in April 2007. Just took a reminiscing stroll through the Hotel during a visit to Patong in August 2022.
This is a great resort in a great location - Patong Beach straight accross the road and Bangla Road a 10 minute fun walk away!

Thanks Dan for the walk through of the Merlin mate. We have been coming to this hotel now since 2003 bubby. It is about the 15th time now and we love it. Back for a month in April 2023. Regards Rusty from Perth.

Stayed there last June with my family and really enjoyed it , the staff were very kind and helpful .

Lovely walk though. Stayed there over 20 years ago with parents, now 43 and going with my wife and daughter in April. The have really mainted its condition.

We have stayed at the Merlin three or four times and have very fond memories. We stayed for whole of November last year and loved it. Unfortunately the place is looking a bit tired and I run down

Hi Michael, I haven't stayed at the Merlin since 2011, but stayed a number of times up to then, and always really enjoyed Patong Merlin. Last year was the first time I had returned to Phuket since 2011, and we stayed at Kamala Beach, but it was wonderful to walk through Merlin again, I would be happy to stay there again in the future if I have the chance! shame it is closing soon, to re-open as a marriot at no doubt double the price.
