What a great video, thank you! Loved the clip of Paul emptying the truck for the pigs...it showed right at the time when I was thinking, "gosh that truck is getting too full, he's going to need to take a midday run out to the farm" Fantastic editing, as always!

I laughed when I saw the hedge trimmers come out for that tomato plant! And I loved seeing the pigs getting fed! Cleaning out the garden at the end of the season isn’t easy but it’s absolutely necessary to be able to sow crops for the next season! The container with the evergreen (loved the floof!) and white pansies was simple yet a beautiful combination! Loved seeing the new pathway starting to take shape. Great video as always! 👌👍👏💕💕💕

IF you have to remove the locus tree and the lilac, I think the potager garden is the PERFECT way to blend formality with function. I think it is also the best way to blend the fireplace area into the patio/garden area. I have been excited for you to (one day) redesign this space. Just image looking out your kitchen window and seeing a beautiful potager garden with all the pollinators you love so much. What an ideal way to turn a misfortune into an an opportunity!

I think you would love a formal herb garden in the space by the kitchen. While loosing the trees would be very sad, having a herb and veggie garden near your kitchen is the best. You can just walk out your door and pick things for meals. I use so many fresh herbs during the summer and I now have a sunroom that I plan on growing herbs on during the winter.

Everything looks beautiful. I am amazed at how you transformed that area so quickly! The curved pathway is a work of art. I wish Pedro and crew were close to me. Blessings...

Just love the process of cleaning and getting ready to plant again, garden looks great. Absolutely love the new walk path too, they do beautiful work. I know it will be sad to lose your tree, but so excited about your idea of the herb garden. It will be the perfect spot 😊 thank you for the awesome video this morning.

I agree. Losing the gangly tree would be a large void; but, YES I'd be excited to see a little herb/potager garden build. These are the things that keep me motivated in my own space.
