You sewed the scraps onto fusible interfacing - then pressed it after. Wouldn't that activate the glue on the back? Later you pressed the liner to adhere it to the interfacing, so I wondered why the first pressing didn't already melt the glue. Thank you.

Because I press fast so it's not hot enough to melt the glue🥰
