Thank you for a great idea. I live in a senior coop apartment building and this is a really good idea. This wallet would be perfect for carrying a few things around the grounds. I can see using it to hold the apartment key, some tissues, a few dollars for the soda machine, and a small bag to pick up after the dog. We have a gift shop so I would like to make some for that. All proceeds go back into the coop.

As always, I really enjoy your videos. I tell everybody that wants to learn to sew to watch your videos, subscribe & like them. You explain everything, which makes sewing for beginners so much less frustrating. I love the Japanese fabric, but noticed on the link to Amazon that the fabric pieces sold are around 8"x10," which is too small to make wallets like this. I did, however, find it in single cuts of 59"x19" for $9.90 with the shipping included in that amount on Etsy. Just in case anyone else like me is looking for larger pieces.

I've watched other sewing channels and they go so fast and don't explain things, but since I've found Vivians channel, I purposely go on other sewing channels and read comments, and anyone who complains about going too fast or not good instructions, I tell them to go on Vivians channel, "Twins Day Sewing" and tell them she is excellent in showing step-by-step instructions! Helps Vivians channel to grow and also benefits people who want to learn to sew!!

The top pocket could be altered to enclose a cell phone (sideways) with the rest of the top for cards, money or photos.
