Christ only knows. But at least he got a death befitting of his character, one who was a sleazy sex crazed maniac as described in a Father Ted wiki, a man who knowingly and willingly violated the sanctity between married couples and on his rounds at work worst of all. But that's not worse, what's worse is he attempted to kill Father Dougal as revenge against Father Ted whom he blamed for the fact he was sacked. Though the way I see it, Ted and Dougal exposed him for what he really was and he got himself sacked through his own actions.
