    @@RobertSaxy I’m going off what I see here. This is the time to praise the Mavs. Especially if you’re accustomed to praising them. They just made it to the western conference finals when pundits didn’t have them getting out the first round. If there is anytime this season that the Mavs should be praised it should be now more so than trying to figure out what happen to the Suns

    I agree with Pat Bev. We actually saw that a little bit during the Pelicans series. When Booker was out and Paul was getting slowed down, the Suns struggled to find shots especially since they were not a high-volume 3pt shooting or free throw shooting team and Paul was being targeted on the other end.

    So where was Bev's veteran experience when he was losing game after game to the Grizzlies despite being up double digit leads in all the 4th quarters? Where were the adjustments when they lost despite having two 25 point leads in each half?     Honestly if clips had kawhi they win it all. The way Reggie and pg13 was playing there is no doubt. Plus kawhi was playing like the best player in the playoffs before injury. Let's not forget the production and defense of Terrance Mann, Batum, and kenard (luke didn't play d tho 😂).

    Pat Bev ain’t wrong. The regular season isn’t real basketball. Playoff basketball is a completely different game. Chris Paul got exposed. Booker got exposed. The Suns are like Hawks team a long time ago the won the regular season but when they got into the playoffs they got beat.

    I don’t think Book got exposed. I agree with Bev & JJ said. Book got blitz/double team on pick n rolls and loaded up on him during drives. The issue was suns should’ve traded for Eric Gordon or someone who can create their own shot. Mavs have 3 guys who created their own shot. Dbook was the only guy who can create his own shot. & in the playoffs you need that.

    @@jonesgreen9942 yeah I mean Booker has played amazing the whole series, just like with Giannis, there is this myth that you can win by playing by yourself. If nobody else shows up, you can focus in on the star, collapse the paint, make them give it up, etc. You have to play like a team, and the Suns didn’t show up at all.

    @@snakeowski6748 the difference between mavs and Suns is that Brunson and Spencer can score off the dribble. Besides Book suns don’t have that. You need that in the playoffs especially a game 7 . Mavs figured them out game 6

    @@IWATS Booker should've stepped up and asked to guard Luka one on one. All the switching kept Ayton on Luka too much. A center can't guard a point guard. Why would you ask him too? Hopefully its a learning experience but Monty Williams and Bucks coach Bud didn't do a very good job coaching their teams and making adjustments yesterday. Ultimately the better teams won but that was brutal. Two anticlimactic game 7s.

    I’m tired of every time the Mavs beat a great team in the playoffs, the narrative is always about what that team didn’t do or how that team choked.     Pat Bev is 1000% correct! I remember watching the 2016 Finals and Steph Curry basically had a meltdown. He was getting locked up by Kyrie, cooked by Kyrie, and totally out of sorts. Steve Kerr should have benched because he was also being attacked by the Cavaliers offense and Sean Livingston came in and provided some stability. But Kerr left Curry in, and Curry ended up making some costly turnovers and taking some bad shots that's led to their losing a 3-1 lead. Wouldn't be surprised if Jason Kidd out coaches Steve Kerr in this Western Conference finals either. Pat Bev said it best, "coach the game, not the player".

He didn't have to bench him forever, but he needed a player who could provide more stability. Or he could have taken curry off the ball and let him play the shooting guard. But instead he made no adjustments.

    As a suns fun I have to agree with pat bev, last night they were double teaming him the whole night and if the opponent knows that your floor general is chris paul then they need to take him out and and adapt to different play styles. This was just embarrassing to watch

Fact is UD Haslem of the Miami Heat has been taking a roster spot because despite him not playing, a very few organizations recognize the value non playable players can bring to the locker room. With all the earned respect of CP3, his presence carries unmesurable weight on the outcome of their teams. At the end of the day, Presidents, Coaches, players, and the likes all receive Championship Rings because while varying degrees, they all play a role, and they all have an impact on the end results. But my bruh... if you subtract this from the equation, it is still one more than the previous record held my CP3's former teammate Griffin. Wow! This is a far drop from the historical average.
