Pastor Troy | Bad Speakers Podcast Episode 13

G. Downs & Ya Boi Shad sat down with an Atlanta legend and one of the pioneers of crunk music down South Georgia boy Pastor Troy. They discussed his rise in hiphop, doing features for some of the most popular rappers from the south before they were popping, and issues with Master P and Nolimit Records when they were at their height. He also delved into his current endeavors, DSGB radio, who he listens to, and upcoming movies he's in and movies he's currently writing.

Pastor Troy was a legend in the beginning. What he was able to accomplish early in his ascent is nothing short of amazing. I became an instant fan of his work even though I was involved in promoting Pastor Troy all over the country. Having put We Ready, I Declare War in DJ Red Alert's hand myself, DJ Mean Green and others, it made me feel proud to represent Pastor Troy to the max. Sitting with Scarface discussing Pastor Troy was one the many highlights of my jump into entertainment that I will never forget. I owe a lot to Pastor Troy in that regard. He was my gateway to the entertainment industry. For that I am eternally grateful. Thanks for posting this DOPE interview. I pray you guys achieve every good thing that is in store for you. Bless Up!

I met a few of them from time to time. I was at one of the twins (Sue & Sam) house from DSGB while he was cooking up a beat and going through some solo tracks. Really humble guys

Honestly. Stop asking Troy the same questions. 23 strong and I am tired of hearing the same questions. No disrespect but if you Follow Troy. The questions are answered. I got historical questions never asked. If you Love Troy spread the message. NoSlackpodcast. King Mohamnad
