The P40 dough divider will help you obtain different sized dough portions on a continuous basis by merely changing the extrusion cone and probe. Teflon-coated parts are also available for use with soft or sticky doughs.

Bouleuse inadapté à tous type de farine et de protocole. Elle a besoin d'une hydratation élevée de la pâte. La clé ne ferme pas, les boules sont trop compactes, ovales et tout cela se traduit par une baisse de qualité de la pâte après cuisson. A tester absolument avec sa propre pâte avant l'achat. Ce n'est pas la bouleuse qui s'adapte à votre pâte mais votre pâte qui doit s'adapter. Je déconseille.
