    Just made these yesterday for the first time after finding out about them on another channel. Once you do a few and find your rhythm, it's a fun, relaxing process. Key is RELAXING. They were absolutely delicious when I cooked them tonight. I like your technique of rolling from the top as well. Can't wait to make them again

    Yes it is, semola and water - you can add a little bit of salt

    Great video! Discovered your channel through your book Pasta Fantastica and became a fast fan. I have a question though: I've never seen this kind of pasta before, from which part of Italy does it originate? How would you eat them, with what kind of sauce?

    Hello z thank you for Message - this pasta comes from Sardinia, it’s often eaten with seafood :) or sugo

    To co robisz z makaronem to istna poezja🥹kupiłem Twoją książkę PASTAMEN i jest niesamowita, mam nadzieje że pojawi się Polska wersja PASTA MASTERCLASS😊 Mam jeszcze pytanie, czy jest duża różnica pomiędzy mąką Pasta Fresca a Semola Di Grano Duo bo tej pierwszej nie mogę nigdzie dostać w PL?
