Looks great, I make my own pasta almost daily when I get home from work, these would be good to make on the weekend and freeze them. Just made a batch of garganelli yesterday with the leftover pasta dough from making 150 ravioli, ran out of stuffing, a lot of work. 🇮🇹😎🇮🇹

Hi @mateo.zielonka I made the raviolis and then I put them raw in a closed plastic container in the fridge, in the next day parts of the dough became almost like a slime and they were glued all together and ruined. How can I avid this to be able to put them raw in the fridge?

Hello x if you shape the pasta - dust it with semola or rice flour and store it on a tray with semolina in the fridge without cover
