Instructions for building this star roller can be found on passfire.com. This video demonstrates the roller being used at two different speeds. Note the good star size consistency on the finished batch of 1/2" stars, which are white glitter to red. These were rolled up from 1/4" cores in about 20 minutes at the 40 RPM speed.

I will be building a ball mill soon & had thought why not use it for stars as well... I like your design Im going to use some design ideas from it..:)
