Just watching this video alone helped me pass my test last week...TIP:read the questions first. Thank you!

Just took it now. I passed. The only material I used was this video. Once I had an idea of how the test was set up I felt confident enough to take it. For those that are stressing about it, don’t. It’s incredibly easy. Just read the questions first and then read the article.

@@matthewisaacs9929 Read the questions first then scan thru the article for the answers. it will save you so much time. The test will go way faster than you think, you'll have a lot of time just make sure you stay focused. Also, when it comes to the Image you have to memorize, write down key points , ex: what color is the wall, how many people you see in the front, is the weapon on the officer visible? things like that. Lastly, show up early, my test was at 1pm i showed up at 12 and i was already taking the test at 12:10. Please study, it'll make it 10x better..

Really liked your video, helped me understand what each section stood for. Passed all sections except very first slide of questions. Never knew I’ve did really well except first section. Next time for second retake, not taking chance waiting four my ears retake it. ❤

Passed my test Friday on the first go around mainly cause of this video. Also bought the book and it was pretty helpful. Don’t stress yourself out about the time it’s not as bad as it seems.

Granted this I’m watching this video a year later…nothing has changed. Took and passed the CJBAT this afternoon. This video was extremely helpful and broken down tremendously. I’d say im a pretty bad test taker, but the break down of this video made it super easy when it came to the test. I did NOT buy the study book, I only watched this video the day before and the day of the test. Just take your time and read each question throughly and you’ll do great. Good luck👍🏻

Brother thank you for all the great tips. Just passed today. Took the CJBAT in Florida. I had and 1-1/2 hr. to complete, I believe it was 142 questions. Another thing, the pic memo was 1 minute not 2, reading the questions first kidda help. Not sure if they’ve changed things but the scenarios were lengthy. I don’t remember a Spacial “map” question. Several graphs question, that’s all I want to remember. And yes, I was able to login and see my score. Thanks for this video. Good luck Crime Fighters.

2024. just took my test (no prior studying only the puzzle game thingy he posted in the description) and i passed. the only thing i needed was this video. this video is really just a guide on what to expect because it’s fairly easy. as long as you go back to the information that’s already provided, you should be able to answer every question.

Oh the cjbat was fun. Took it 2 times back in 2011. Dont drink the night before you take the test. That is why i failed round 1

Any tips on Inductive reasoning and Memorization? I took a practice test and scored an 80 on memorization, and 60 on inductive reasoning but then I went to practice and managed to score lower in both sections....any tips? I tend to focus on the small details within a picture and not the overall details! As for the graphs I take my time to figure things out, re reading the question etc and still get them wrong.

Taking mine 4/1/23 keep me in good spirits please. BTW love the video appreciate it.

06/26/2023 (Monday) I just passed my BAT exam for Corrections. I did NO studying. I’ve watched this video three times which was helpful and took my exam. When you’re having to memorize the picture take note of hats/color of hats/color of hair/ was he/she wearing glasses/ did you see a car/ how many people in the photo, etc. Write what you see down to make it easier for you.

I am having a different experience to this oddly enough. They interviewed me first (yesterday,) I start academy next Friday, and I'm taking the cjbatco for the first time today in a couple hours- I am going into corrections though so maybe that's why.

Most states have a similar test but I can’t say all of them do as I don’t know. All should have a state exam you will have to take though.

Hey brother! This test is super weird, i just took it today and it says I failed but I scored well on everything. Deductive reasoning 80%, Inductive Reasoning 70%, Memorization 100%, Written communication 90%, written expression 70% but I didn’t pass… Very discouraging. At the very least i should have gotten a overall 70 and passed. If you can offer any advice to pass please share, I flew from NY and now have to do the walk of shame infront of my family after passing the PAT and Swim Test

It felt like the 2nd grade questions at best I felt more retarded reading the question I thought this was like a special needs exam or something "look at this photo get details" what color was the umbrella, which correct spelling is the blank evacuation, evakuation blah blah
