Absolutely delicious! I typed up the recipe so I don't make any mistakes: Ingredients: 1lbs - Chicken breast, thinly sliced Red onions, diced and divided into 2 Carrots, diced Bell peppers, diced Cabbage, diced Spring onions, diced 3 Eggs Cooked rice, 4 cups Ginger Powder - tt Garlic Powder - tt Onion Powder - tt Chicken Seasoning - tt 1tsp - Grated Garlic 1tbsp - Ginger Soy sauce Sesame Oil Salt - tt Your choice of cooking oil Instructions: • Heat a little oil. Add eggs and a little salt and scramble until done. Set aside. • Heat a little oil. Add sliced chicken breast. Add ginger powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and chicken seasoning and give it a good stir. • Cook chicken in its own juices until the liquid is gone and the chicken is done. Set aside. • Heat a little oil. Add half of the sliced onions, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for about a minute and then add salt to taste. Remember, no mushy veggies! • Add cabbage and stir-fry for about 30 seconds. Set veggies aside. • Heat a little oil. Add remaining onions and stir-fry for about 30 seconds. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for about a minute. Be careful not to burn the garlic as it will become bitter. • Add rice, give it a stir, and then add soy sauce. Be careful not to add too much as soy sauce is salty. Give it a good toss until each grain of rice is nicely coated. • Add chicken, eggs, and all veggies. Give it a good toss until everything is evenly distributed. • Add sesame oil, give it a good toss, and ENJOY!
