Party! Party! Pineapple?? - Ocosingo, Mexico - Ice 2 Fire - Episode 44
Some great riding between Puerto Escondido and Ocosingo.
Ice 2 Fire is the first leg of our Round the World trip - Prudhoe Bay to Ushuaia.
We have sold everything (and I mean everything) and packed our panniers. Our bikes, two Yamaha T7s, were flown out to Anchorage along with ourselves.
It's been a rocky road of many ups and downs to reach this point. We have dealt with breast cancer and broken ankles amongst other things, and for the last five years we have been Chasing the Dream. The dream is now happening and we can't quite believe that we're on this journey. It's very surreal.

You wait until you go from constant 30s to 40sC ,then you get a 20C day ,you feel like you are going to freeze to death . In Australia ,30 to 39C is a warm day ,it doesn't get called Hot until over 40C. I missed your last couple of posts ,now I'm playing catch up. Another great episode

We’ve had that by going into the mountains. Suddenly it’s 18C and it feels really nice.

It was absolutely baking. The heat is getting extreme for us now. Just not used to it and it’s getting very humid.

I just got pineapple out of the fridge and did some cumbia dance moves with it! Another great video. When you reach South America, how long will you stay, will you eventually return to the UK? Lots of love, Nancy

Hahaha. Brilliant. We’ll probably spend around six months in South America and from there we’ll hopefully go to Africa. We are hoping to complete a Round the World trip so yes, we are gradually making our way home - the long way!
