Very good points about the medical system. I see you really fed up with this. I'm not sure if I've ever heard people say that things have "flipped" like you are talking about, and I wonder if you have any resources that could point to this being a "known thing." Please take care...

I’m sorry you had to go through that. I completely understand what it’s like to deal with ignorant people in the medical profession. I had a doctor yell at me for wearing a diaper to their office. They said that diapers are for the elderly and those with intellectual challenges not those who can walk to the bathroom.

I think i understand your condition a bit better now after you explained it like you just did. I have the reverse issue mine is called a BASHFUL bladder. so unless i need to pee VERY bad i cant stand in front of a open urinal. I have to be in a closed in one. Its mainly a mental thing but i was issued a catheter also cause my issue is partially based on my enlarged prostate which compresses the urethra. I WISH my bladder was more like yours so it would be easier to pee. IM a DL myself. I'm learning stuff about my body from your videos. Don't know if this will help but IF when you have retention issues DRINK a nice size cup of coffee. Its A URINARY IRRATANT i swear it takes a fast freeway to the bladder. once you drink it in less than a half hour you will have to go. hopefully my words help you. i like the different dresses you wear.

Making an incontinent person drink 1l of water and tell her to hold it sound like a "great" idea. Some doctors and nurses seem astoundingly ignorant to the circumstances people with chronic illnesses have to live with. 🙄Fortunately there are many great empathic medics, too. 🥰

Those ultrasounds are definitely not easy to do. I feel for you having to do it! It is a good thing to have MS month to bring attention and funding for research. It would be wonderful if there was a remedy for it. I hope the rest of the week is really wonderful for you to make up for what you had to go through.

With there being no cure for MS, there are infusions so there’s that! It helps preventing me from relapsing and it’s been working so far so I couldn’t ask for more! Awe thanks and I hope your week goes well too! 🖤🖤

I've notice after taking my Quetiapine, I go into a deep sleep and in the morning my bladder is going through urine retention and it's so painful. I've been wearing Goodnites lately and the pain feels like someone punched my bladder.

It’s painful, it felt like my bladder was ready to burst .

The feeling of having pain in the bladder and not being able to do it is very bad. I have dystrophy when I stay for so many hours sometimes it happens that I no longer feel the urgency even with the pain. instead other times as I told you the opposite happens with emergencies. I must tell you that it is better when i risk not holding back than having those pains

I dod that. It hurt so much. I had too pee with in 5 minutes than was in physical pain the entire ultrasound. The result was mild retention. But with UC i still pee 2 dozen times a day.

Hugs feel for you. When I drink even half a glass of water my bladder is going full stream every 5 mins for an hour. I hate it so much cause it's hard to do anything unless I wear protection.

I hate it when a nurse think they can just remove your diaper. I have got mu fair share of nurses. When they try to take my diaper off. I grab the waist band of their scrubs and start to pull down. That gets their attention. They step back and ask me what I am doing. I tell them they are trying to remove my diaper. I want to remove their panties. They usually step back and ask me if they can remove my diaper. Before touching my diaper.
