Thank you for sharing! I am going through near identical steps right now for the first time (not building the whole neck but gluing a new fretboard onto a neck blank I remove the previous fretboard from (they had miscalculated the distance between the nut and first fret) and seeing what you did helps a lot.

*Update: Having watched this video back, I now realise that I installed the truss rod upside down, that's why it doesn't sit flush (0:26). Luckily, because it's a two-way rod it will still work fine. The reason I installed it this way is because I "thought" saw Ben from Crimson Guitars install one this way, blue side up, but I was mistaken. He was using a different brand/model to me.

Yes, more videos coming very soon. I’m so sorry for the delay, I had a hard drive failure and lost the footage from the next episode. But I do have the subsequent episodes safe. I just need to re-film the process of radiusing a fretboard on a new neck so that I can continue the series. The neck carving video should be coming late Dec early Jan.
