In Part 3 of this series, toy soldier expert James Opie continues his presentation on his toy soldier collection.
James Opie recently made a 75-minute presentation at a Zoom Meeting sponsored by the Ontario Model Soldier Society (OMSS), omss.ca.
This presentation will be made available in a multi-part series on the Ontario Model Soldier Society KZread channel, with this video being the third installment. Additional installments will follow.
James Opie is the author of nine books on the topic of toy soldiers. At one time he owned more than 85,000 toy soldiers.

    Definitely Sousaphones were not used by the Parachute regiment. The only Regiment in the British army in recent years (since the 50s for example) to carry them that I know of was the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers and that did not seem to last long.
