Loved these as a teenager. Really got me into Chess. Thanks for posting. Such happy memories as a 14/15 year old watching them with my late father. The players have such great accents and far more personality/acting skills back then as the studio 'game' was just a mock up for the cameras. Thanks once more!

Back in the day I played Eric five times between 1987 - 1995 all with Black - he’d always put me under intense pressure - sometimes I’d wriggle out - sometimes I wouldn’t!

Quinteros was hardly Argentina's best ever player, given that he shared his nationality with Najdorf who, in his seventies, was rated the same as Quinteros at his peak.
