Part 3: can this 71 R/T Charger actually drive and survive battle of the beaters

Picking up where part 2 left off trying to bandaid a broken engine. We take off on our trip to tuscon to enter the battle of the beaters challenge at Duct Tape Drags in tuscon. We just hope the car will pass tech and survive the strip

Nice job with that 71. Just throwing it out there.... you said that nobody's gonna want to restore that car. I think it would be cool if you and Mark Worman got together and rebuilt it out of used metal and made it a drivable and restorable car. An epic adventure for both you, and Graveyard Cars...... Lots of viewers would love it.

You started the burn out while the guy in front of you was still on the starting line. As an old man that happened to me at OCIR (you will know I am old when you look up the racetrack acronym for OCIR) in my 1970 Buick GS 455. The guy on the starting line light went green and he launched. I laid on the throttle of my torque monster Buick 455. The guy on the starting line in front of me hit the brakes, and put it in reverse to back up and try again, which is huge NO NO! I had to do a sudden move to the right, in order to not slam into the rear of the guy. starting line guy Larry Sutton and Charlie Allen where pissed at both of us, even though I could not see how any of it was my fault.
