It takes lot of guts to accept that you were the reason for Michelle and daughters heartbreak in the past and to actually apologized with Leila in public is such a courageous act Ms. Reg. You earned my respect more and because of that you feel free. Your relationship with Michelle and family is extraordinary but genuine. Leila is blessed and lucky to have to have 2 beautiful mom's and responsible dad's in two different world. Love this episode though kaka nosebleed😂

I saw an interview before na separated na sina Ogie & Michelle. The annulment just took forever, kaya Regine did not feel right going into a relationship with Ogie whilst the annulment was underway. Hence, the many times they broke up (and made up bec. Ogie continued to pursue Regine).

The Buzz would have probably died of envy if it was still around for not being able to cover this story. I have to admire Leila. At such a young age, when she speaks she comes from a place of maturity and experience that I sometimes forget that she’s just 21. This episode is such an eye opener for a lot of relationships right now, not just for step-parents to step-children. It also puts into perspective the emotional turmoil that extra-marital couples have to deal with especially in the Philippine setting where societal perspectives are shaped after religious and cultural conservatism.

I shouldn't be *that* surprised, but I am, how mature Leila Alcasid is. She's got a lot of depth and intelligence to her, and she's able to explain her feelings in such a fluid, beautiful, inspiring way. Her four parents also made something wonderful out of this situation. Some families break and stay broken; theirs broke to get bigger and stronger. The three kids will grow up sensible and emotionally and psychologically strong from the way this family handled their situation; they are lucky to have four loving parents who were able to work out how to guide them through it. With that said- humanda sila pag fluent na mag Tagalog si Leila. People's native language is the key to their hearts; that's how Michelle Van Eimeren won the Filipino public. Leila has a potential to become as influential as Boy Abunda in the country of her birth, her first home, and now her chosen home as an adult.

I know her fans will try to defend her kasi nga fan e pero sa pag amin ni Regine, mas humanga ako dahil she did not try to cover up the truth. Gen X ako at lahat naman noon alam na talagang Ogie pursued her then kasi she finally gave in unlike when she was younger so siempre bakit pa sya pakakawalan ni Ogie e sya naman talaga ang first choice nya. It happens. Buti na lang at napakabait na tao si Michelle and I have always liked her when she was here in the PI as part of our showbiz. She also learned Tagalog unlike our FIlAm stars na medyo hirap mag try man lang magtagalog kahit may dugong pinoy.

Usually, pag may isang ayaw mag compromise at mag forgive on either side, walang mangyayaring magandang samahan. Sorry sa nobelang ito LOL.

If only I could take all the good words from this video and shove it to my Tito and Tita's head, i will do it right away. (Sometimes I feel like I am raising adults. Lol) Leila, you are soooo beautiful dear. Waaah. Looking forward to see you more on videos and on tv. Having two pairs of parents is a blessing. Believe me. Lol. I grew up having 7 pairs of them. Got 1pair of parents and 6pairs of Aunts and Uncles. Cheers!

Regine's tearful apology to Leila here is so reminiscient of Regine's public apology to Gelli on National TV. DEJAVU. At both times, her human flaw and humility are on full display - humingi siya ng kapatawaran sa mga nasaktan niya tuwing siya ay nagmamahal.

I'm here, ready for the part 2... This really breaks the step mom's bad image... I like the content so much.. the same kmi ni Leila Ng situation but I think ung saakin eh npka Cinderella experience... That's why up until now, my step mom and I were not in a good shape... We don't even talk... And I live alone because I wanted to escape from her... Me and my younger sister became so strong to live by our own life because of those horrible experience... Kala ko tlga lahat Ng step mom's eh ganon... But my idol her self enlighten me that people are different, pwedeng masama ka, pwedeng Hindi... Maybe it depends on how people was raised or it is something to do with their personalities... It just happened that mommy Reg is the most cool step mom that I knew.. thanks so much Leila for introducing her more to us. You are so blessed with a perfect family situation.. your vlang episode means a lot for me... I don't hate my step mom, I tried to be a good step son to her it's just that there might be something that is not really meant for us, God only knows that. Whatever it is, I still believe in saying" in every storm, there will be a rainbow... That's why I keep moving up. Trying to make things up and easy for me. By the guidance of the Lord. I'm still happy and kicking...

Sobrang emotional, like a was crying when Regine was sincerely apologizing for everything. That was really a heart felt scene. And it's a good thing that you made this kind of topic into your vlog, cause like you've said that some of the step-parenting relationships are very difficult to handle. But here, both of you shows that the MOST important thing is to have a very good RELATIONSHIP to each other. Whether it is good or bad, cause everything will work on it. So I am very proud to the both of you. Especially to you Ms. Regine you are a good example of being a Step Mom. 😊😊😊😊 keep it up! 😊😊😊😊 (oh di ba napa english din ako hahahahaha!)

Leila- you amazed me so much! For such a tender age of 22, you are full of maturity and substance! I was just You Tube surfing and saw Regine’s channel and decided to watch it a bit but then you, Leila, started talking and I was so blown away so I decided to finish the vlog’s entirety! Kudos to Regine (you made me cry) for her honesty. I have loved Regine all these years anyways but Leila was such a revelation! Huge shoutout to Michelle Van Eimeren for raising such a beautiful soul ❤️

Seabreeze Ocean If papakinggan mo mga kanta na sinulat ni ogie during that time, di sila okay ni Michelle listen to huwag ka lng mawawala. Nagaaway na sila ni Michelle and then Regine came. Ariel Gelli is different kasi nanligaw si Ariel sakanya parang ginawa lng siya rebound ni Ariel tapos nkipagbalikan kay Gelli. Don’t judge the person without knowing the whole story. I must say Regine is one of the true and genuine person in showbiz.

I also experienced living with my step mom back when I was 1 year old up to 9. My father died last 2010 so my real mom decided to take care of me. But still, my step mother has this special place in my heart because she taught me a lot of things. She taught me to embrace my identity, to be independent and to always look on the positive side of everything. But sadly I wasn't able to meet her again because she is living now with her real kids in Las Pinas. If given by chance, I would love to see her and visit her again. I just miss her, the person who love me despite of my flaws and imperfections. I love you mommy Irene, I hope you are doing well in your life now. I miss you. Take care always.

I'm going to start blabblering: HERE GOES: The video didn't feel long. Nagulat ako tapos na pala, akala ko 10min lang yung convo. Anyways, the honesty is admirable. Not all things are black and white. Their story made their labels as step-mom and step-daughter and such, more human and relatable. The parents and the children's kindness to each other won any grudge or guilty feeling. They owned up to their feelings, "Mahal ko.", "Nasaktan ako.", "I felt guilty." "I hurt you.", etc., pero alam nila what matters and eventually made their own adjustments for all the relationships to work. Saludo po ako sa inyo on how you continually make it work.

I was never really of a fan Sir Ogie and Ms. Regine, but one time, I watched this one episode of Magandang Buhay with them and I Iearned so much about what they went through together as a family. I realized that these people’s capability to love was so extreme that they managed to be so forgiving and accepting of the things that have happened to them. Its amazing how I can actually see how love worked in their lives, especially their kids. If we can only allow to love more and forgive more this world would’ve been a better place. Oh and btw, i’ve been a fan since I watched that MB episode. And I’m super softie over Sir Ogie hahaha. I love you guys, I wish nothing but good things for good people. ❤️

Vulnerable and honest. This is one of the reasons I love the internet. We get to hear real stories from what we've perceived as stars. No story is perfect, no journey is always smooth all throughout. But that makes life more meaningful, that what makes us human, flawed yet forgiven, loved and beautiful. Thank you for bringing this online. God bless your one big family!
