PART 2 : COATED PEANUT FOR HOME CONSUMPTION ||CRUNCHY PEANUT

INGREDIENTS
- 3 Cups Flour
- 2 Cups Raw Groundnut
- 2 Raw Eggs
- 3-4 Tablespoon Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Nutmeg (optional)
- Pinch of baking powder (optional)
- Liquid Milk
- Butter
- Vegetable Oil for Frying
PROCEDURE FOR EGG MIXTURE
- Break your Eggs in a Clean Bowl, stir properly.
- Add 3 -4 Tablespoon of Sugar, pinch of salt, little nutmeg and baking powder which is optional.
- Add Liquid Milk ( this may be optional for some persons) and stir properly
- Add little Melted butter , Stir properly, your liquid mixture is ready.
COATING PROCESS
To the washed and already Sun dried groundnut, Scoop 1-2 spoon full of Egg mixture . Rotate in a circular manner and sprinkle flour, Rotate and sprinkle flour again for about 2 - 3 times .
Repeat Scooping of Egg mixture and Flour Sprinkling for about 5 - 6 times or more
until your raw groundnut is fully coated.
