In this Zeiss DTI thermal monocular comparison video, we go over the features of the Zeiss thermal imaging monoculars to help you decide what the best thermal imaging cameras are for your specific needs. One thing is for sure, Zeiss makes some of the best thermal imaging cameras you can find, and that became very evident when we put them up next to other options out there.
In this video we go over the specs, details, options, and configuration the the Zeiss DTI 1/25 (you also have this offered in the Zeiss DTI 1/19), next to the Zeiss DTI 3/35 (this is also offered in the Zeiss DTI 3/25), followed by the Zeiss DTI 4/50 (also offered in the 4/35), and finally the Zeiss DTI 6/40 (also offered in the Zeiss DTI 6/20).

Even if it’s legal where you hunt I think it’s borderline unethical to use thermal optics for western hunting. For coyotes or hogs , sure. But glassing for big game out west with thermal optics is just wrong. I want to get my mule deer every year , but I’ll never use thermal optics.

Hey there! Yeah the discussion of how ethical or unethical thermal optics are for various hunting situations/locations (particularly big game hunting) is certainly one that is going to be discussed and absolutely regulated (already is in some states) as thermal optics become more popular. I expect a lot more states to implement regulation surrounding thermal optics in the coming years. Thanks for watching!
