I have no words. I have been in a cycle for over a year and a half and since last October when everything came to a head and I tried to end my life. My relationship was so hit and miss I gave of myself and was given nothing back so I have cut myself off to heal mentally and have not been able to do anything apart from keep myself solitary and heal which is what I have done. Yes I feel so lonely at times but I have kept going because of fear of more broken relationships and stress. Yup, I am working on myself and just became vegan which is not an easy journey. I went cold turkey from eating meat 2x a day plus eggs for breakfast….
